Nobody is paying top dollar for this until our case is unbeatable, why would they, it makes sense as frustrating as it it is, if you are a company you're not going to offer more than you need to depending on the situation, we have to ride this out! They want investor fatigue and for us to run out of money. It's not easy at all but hang in there

ICSID dates have never been published except by 9card on this forum. I notice there seems to be the impression on the crapper based on AI research that there is some sort of negotiation about ICSID dates going on. ICSID rules are very clear. Available for anyone that's not a robot to read whenever they like. Clearly states that the modified procedural calender must be set by the tribunal BEFORE suspension begins.
