BRN Discussion Ongoing

My opinion is I only wish the decision to tape out Akida 1500 was made a year ago as I believe it could have been. Glad it's happening finally yet long in the tooth imo.

Well that's what I would have said a couple of months ago, but it looks like the whole Akida circuit design has undergone a total overhaul recently

Akida 1
...
Self-contained neural processor
• Scalable fabric of 1-128 nodes
Each neural node supports 128MACs

...

I'm guessing that the 1500 is still basically the same as Akida 1 minus the ARM Cortex processor, which would thus mean that 1500 supports 128 MACs per node. The MACs are 4*4 MACs.

I also wonder if the 1500 can be provided as an M.2 or PCIe board. That would involve some changes via MetaTF so the resident processor could supply the necessary configuration functionality that the ARM Cortex provides for Akida 1.

The supply of 1500 chips on their own indicates a fairly sophisticated customer who has the ability to perform the precision soldering to have the chip attached to a PCB.

EDIT: I should qualify this by saying that I do not know for sure that the Akida circuit has been changed, but the MACs are new to me.

If you compare with the last 4C, you’ll see that they already spent almost all the funds from the previous capital call. Earlier this year January, when they still had $20 million on hand, they initiated the LDA. Now, we need additional funding to cover next year’s operating expenses, as well as the multi-million-dollar costs associated with chip tape-out.
The $11.8 M is how much BRN need to satisify their obligation to LDA (by 30/6/26). Under the current agreement, there is another $50M available from LDA on top of that.

We are not in great shape financially but funding is available. Revenue of course would solve all issues.

The Parsons deal is a "strategic partnership". If we suppose that the Akida 1500 production is at least in part intended for the Parsons partnership, can we expect that Parsons will at least partially defray some of the costs of taping out and manufacturing the chips in advance?

Very happy with announcements.... Building momentum now. Some great customers. Let the SP do what it does. Intrinsic value in my mind is about 80c currently... So defs games being played. Looking forward to the new year now. And so the wait continues.

Ok Pom and your cheer squad where’s the shorts burn gifs now, Brainchip with Hehir in control has been a absolute SHIT SHOW, No 9 million in bookings and if it does miraculously arrive before December the payment for the chips won’t be till early 2027. The partnership with Parsons whilst looks good is just a attempt to squash any abuse at the next AGM. And oh my god will that be fucken fun when dumb and dumber come out to polish their GOLDEN TURD, Yes that is exactly what they have sold us shareholders one great big lump of Hehir Horseshit. Get ready for $0.145 first thing on open tommorrow. Looks like our ex-employee who asked that Hehir come clean to shareholders was 100% CORRECT. The shorters/Sophisticated Investors are just sitting there laughing their arses off waiting for them to sell them the next capital raise share. Who the fuck else would want them it took them 5 months to sell the last lot. Sorry guys a spade is a spade and a golden turd well HEHIRS JUST KEEP ON POLISHING. Hostile AGM Just wait for it bet the AGM Recording goes missing again this year.

Hopefully that is what the "tiered pricing" in the agreement means. Would make sense for the price to drop as more supply comes through.

So now we have potential revenue streams from:

Onsor NEXA glasses;

Quantum Ventura/Lockheed Martin “”CyberNeuro-RT” cybersecurity;

AFRL/Rathyeon radar project (when it finishes);

Parsons (who posted q2 revenue of $1.6B)

Frontgrade Gaisler GR801 radhardened chip for space (completion approx by years end).

Laughable to think it’s only 20c a share!

Parsons are a giant in Defence.

🍾🥂

This could be a candidate for use of Akida by Parsons:

Patented State-Of-The-Art Spectral Imaging With Embedded Processing

Spectral object detection 20181005

1761205101294.png

A multispectral material detection system captures spectral data and compares select spectral bands to reflectance spectra of a plurality of materials. The system identifies distinguishing features in reflectance spectra of a plurality of materials and in a plurality of spectral channels identifying distinguishing structural aspects of each material with respect to the background environments. Upon an observed spectral reflectance being proximate to one or more known spectra characteristics, the object is associated with a material of interest.

In the vast emptiness of the back of my mind. there is something rattling around about a comment some years ago that Akida could not handle ultra-spectral data. That was wrong then, and it's wronger now.

Interesting jibber again. All I can say sir is you promised a few months ago not to most again this year. The AGM recording went missing this year but assume you mean next year. Please don’t reply though is you promised not to post again this year.

The 1500 is already being supplied to Andes for their development board via M.2 so it can be done. The plan is to distribute the Andes board with the M.2 then hopefully move to IP further on.
With the talk of Parsons volumes we look to be more advanced with them than Andes. Wonder when Onsor start ordering in volume their 1500's?

5 years invested so far, Parsons have the muscle to ensure we get to the pointy end in good shape.
Parsons, Blue Ridge Envisioneering, Bascom Hunter and RPA Electronic Solutions Inc. are all tied in.
This is the game changing event long termers have been waiting for.
A good day and a great opportunity to be topping up over the next few months, while the broader market slowly wakes up.

Answer coming, hold tight all, lots going on, but one thing is for certain but not watertight is that we Brainchip are snuggling up to some very BIG overnight game changing players, do you REALLY think that our Akida pipeline has stagnated, wake up to yourselves, did you listen to Sean in the interview with Mark K this morning, for god sake, we are positioned so beautifully moving forward.
Are we being approached ? and I mean, not like a few years ago, as in, "what's neuromorphic"?...we have clients who have moved beyond education, beyond validating, way beyond testing... they have and are moving to the next stage, that being.."we want to be a part of the future, Akida is the guiding light, show us the final path to successful commercialization".

Sean has never been so passionate, he will be offered an extension to his open contract, mark my words, Brainchip has never been in such a more powerful position than we are at present.

June 2026 my review month is looking very nice at present...love our progress, so, so confident we will all be blessed after such a long journey.

Love Akida 🏒❤️ Texta.
