1 Effective 1 June 2024, all Non-Executive Directors have ceased receiving monthly fees in an effort for the Company to conserve

cash. The unpaid fees have been accrued.

2 Effective 1 January 2024, Graeme Johnston receives a monthly director fee of $7,750 per month (previously $29,166). Fees have

been deferred from 1 June 2024 onwards. Refer to Section (g) of the Remuneration Report for further details.

3 In addition to his $30,000 p.a. Directors Fees, Serge Ngandu undertakes work for the Company on consultancy basis pursuant to

the terms of his consultancy services agreement. He receives a daily rate for the work performed. Fees have been deferred from 1

June 2024 onwards. Refer to Section (g) of the Remuneration Report for further details.

4 From 15 January 2024, Jan de Jager’s consultancy fees was reduced by 20% to $264,000 per annum. From 15 May 2024 onwards,

he ceased working for the Company on a full-time basis. He continued to provide Company Secretarial and CFO services on an ad

hoc basis and receives an hourly rate for the work performed.
