Anyway, Sean stated clearly what our current direction is, i.e. focus on the roadmap, things ramping up within the next 4 months, new unnamed partners/ customers ? and a real emphasis on acknowledging the loyal Australian shareholder base for their continued support and patience etc...I believe a real effort at the Boardroom level to improve relationships and attitudes with us has been addressed, thanks to Peter, Pia and Geoff, in my opinion, you may disagree and that's fine with me.
My runway has 10.5 months yet to play out, I am very comfortable the company's ducks will be quacking in harmony, within that timeframe.

Sylvia Traxler was one of three RTX employees visiting the BrainChip private suite at the Venetian Tower during CES 2025. We know that to be a fact, since she and her colleagues Bryce Nakamori and Geoff Martin were featured in a group photo together with Steve Thorne and JP Wright, which was later posted by BrainChip on LinkedIn. However, that “Day 2: Productive Day at #CES2025” post publicly revealing RTX as a BRN partner vanished into thin air shortly after.

Some of us had long figured out that RTX were likely the subcontractor in question with regards to the AFRL SBIR contract that BRN had been awarded in December 2024, but apparently the negotiations were either not completely cut and dried or there were other reasons why this partnership was not yet supposed to go public. Anyway, IMO a very unprofessional slip-up to completely delete a publicly visible LinkedIn post without a comment. They could have just edited it instead.

Here are several 9 January 2025 posts by @Tothemoon24, @miaeffect, @Quiltman and @SERA2g, which prove that the LinkedIn post in question did exist for a short time - unfortunately, no one that day appears to have posted the actual picture showing the RTX trio…

My statement was purely my opinion not a fact as such, the way Sean mentioned the shareholder base twice (from memory) during that
podcast and Trevor's approach I just get the feeling after the re-domicile debacle, some may even say a total waste of the company's time
and money in evaluating such a radicle idea, considering how we are currently placed in the big scheme of things, once again, that's my own
personal view of that situation.

Knowing Peter, (not that I'm speaking on his behalf) he has a very strong relationship with many Australian shareholders, and despite being
retired, he still receives rather a lot of daily shareholder contact, a number from concerned, loyal Australian shareholders, who are really seeking
reassurance from our founding father, but I'm certainly not privy to private discussions.

So, to answer your question, I feel that all the Australian NED's would stand-up and defend the 40,000 odd loyal shareholders to the end.
Integrity resides within Brainchip as I have mentioned prior, that's my personal view of course.

Not based on anything but my own personal hunch, I recon the investigation of the redomicile scenario was based on the possibility of a cornerstone investor or company taking a significant stake in BrainChip, which may have been conditional on a US listing.
Pure speculation from me, but as we become more and more widely known and respected, such a scenario may unfold.
