Turns out Tony was wrong, in his position being made redundant..Turns out i was wrong in my thoughts on Tony's position moving to the US.

Thanks Bravo, I asked Tony D about Brainchip and sports health. I think sports health could in time be huge for us.This may be what Tata Exlsi is looking at doing here Manny.
Worth keeping an eye on.
ECOSEP and Tata Elxsi Announce Strategic Partnership to Transform Sports Medicine through AI

BENGALURU, India, May 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- European College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ECOSEP) and Tata Elxsi have announced a strategic partnership that aims to revolutionise the field of sports and exercise medicine through combining the research excellence and clinical expertise of ECOSEP with Tata Elxsi's AI- and machine learningādriven healthcare solutions and technology capabilities.
The partnership will focus on applying artificial intelligence technologies in areas such as advanced diagnostic tools, personalised treatment plans, predictive analytics for injury prevention, and real-time monitoring of athletes' physical conditions.
This innovative collaboration was initiated by Dr. Pakravan, Vice Chair of ECOSEP, and facilitated by Dr. Malliaropoulos, General Secretary. Speaking on behalf of ECOSEP, Prof. Nicola Maffulli, President, stated: "These are exciting times for how technology and medical science can be brought together to transform personalised care in sports. The long-term vision of Tata Elxsi marries with the aim of ECOSEP to develop and maintain 360° care for athletes and physically active individuals. With the power of Tata Elxsi, ECOSEP shall develop comprehensive packages of care which will help to optimise performance and health. This is a unique opportunity for mutual collaboration, marrying disciplines only apparently different, and allowing close interaction of professionals."
Anup SS, Practice Head ā AI and Machine Learning at Tata Elxsi, added: "This collaboration with ECOSEP represents an exciting opportunity to apply AI in ways that directly impact athlete health and performance. By combining clinical insight with advanced data science, we aim to co-create intelligent tools that support early diagnosis, enable real-time decision-making, and personalise care for every athlete. Together, we're paving the way for a new era in sports medicineāone that is smarter, faster, and more human-centric."
The collaboration serves as a stepping stone for future interdisciplinary partnerships aimed at expanding the use of AI in sports and musculoskeletal medicine, and both organisations are committed to advancing the field through research, clinical trials, and the development of AI-driven tools that offer athletes and healthcare providers ground-breaking solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Tata Elxsi will join the 9th ECOSEP Congress in Düsseldorf in November 2025 to engage with the clinical community, share early insights, and explore opportunities for collaborative research and innovation.

Innatera, has fired clear broadside shots and Brainchip needs to respond.Spectrum and Innatera appear to have a little dig at Pico and also they're hooking up with Socionext, one of our earlier partners (Synquacer?) that appears to have not done much so far other than the first chips

What Makes Pulsar Unique in AI Sensors?
What sets Pulsar apart from other neuromorphic devices, such as BrainChipās Akida Pico, āis not just building a neuromorphic core, but also the rest of the system around it,ā Kumar says. āIn the industry, thereās a lot of emphasis on inference, but when their neuromorphic cores speak with the rest of their systems, you see them burning power moving data in and out, and all the energy gains they can bring to the table quickly become irrelevant. We built Pulsar as an engine for efficient processing, not just efficient inference.ā
By integrating all these functions together, āitās the only chip a sensor needs to process data,ā Kumar says. This can simplify overall device design, which can reduce the need for complex data signal-processing pipelines, speed up development and time to market, lower maintenance costs, extend battery life and enable submillisecond analysis times.
With submilliwatt power consumption, āPulsar enables always-on processing of sensor data, even in devices radically constrained by power,ā Kumar says. For example, it can enable radar-based presence detection with as little as 600 microwatts and audio scene classification with just 400 µW. In comparison, similar applications using conventional electronics consume 10 to 100 milliwatts, he notes.

Innatera is partnering with the Japanese system-on-a-chip company Socionext to develop a radar-based sensor that can accurately detect people even if they are standing perfectly still, based on their body motions as they breathe. āIt can ignore things like bushes moving in the wind,ā Kumar says. āIt can extend smart doorbell operations to 18 months per recharge. And since itās not camera-based and doesnāt store data in the cloud, it helps protect privacy.ā
Can I ask why he wouldn't know ?. My thinking is ( still hopeful but probably confused ) If megachip did put us in nintendo then Sean would know the volume approx at least. Bloody hope we are involved. As Sean has no way of knowing what royalties will be the $9mill has to be licensing fees.
It would be very nice if any high volume sales product took out a license.
This is signalling, that they want an "active" Company representative, on the forums?..Maybe they are targeting FF with the last Skill Needed requirement for this employment position .....
being * Existing member of Tsex or HC Forums an advantage.![]()

Licensees' would have to provide Sean with their sales estimates before he could estimate royalties in advance. It's unlikely they would share company sensitive information with BRN.Can I ask why he wouldn't know ?. My thinking is ( still hopeful but probably confused ) If megachip did put us in nintendo then Sean would know the volume. Bloody hope we are involved but its looking grim.
those are teardown videos
It sure is using alot of data going back and forth if it isn't using edge LLM technology, specifically neuromorphic compute. Iam not technical so i could be talking nonsense however I do believe TENNS could be of use here ?.![]()

What are your thoughts on this? Posted a week ago, so sorry if it has been posted here already.
Nintendo is expected to sell between 13 to 15 million units this year @ $700 so if I did my sums right and we were to receive $9 million that works out @ 0.7% royalty per unit if they sold 14 million and with over 150 million switch 1 sold and if we are part off the new console, it could generate close to $100 million in royalties if they sell the same amount of new consoleCan I ask why he wouldn't know ?. My thinking is ( still hopeful but probably confused ) If megachip did put us in nintendo then Sean would know the volume approx at least. Bloody hope we are involved.
Well Mr Pom I like your thinking mate. I personally recon were in the devise 100 % and if so we should see megachip pop up in the next financials in full or partially, which I believe by law BRN must announce we're their funds come from in any quartly breakdown ?.Nintendo is expected to sell between 13 to 15 million units this year @ $700 so if I did my sums right and we were to receive $9 million that works out @ 0.7% royalty per unit if they sold 14 million.
Sally my gut interpretation as well to be honest Hopefully iam wrongI donāt think AKIDA is in the Nintendo Switch 2, simply because of what Sean said at the AGM.
Correct me if Iām wrong but I believe he said that the bookings that his bonus will be tied to this year would be US$9mil. āBookingsā meaning contract signed, and or purchase order in hand.
Then he was also asked about āroyaltiesā this year and he replied that it was unlikely but possible. I donāt think he was being asked about royalties arising specifically from new bookings, but just royalties in general.
It was this statement about royalties being unlikely that made me think we can rule out the possibility of AKIDA being in the Switch 2.
