Some interesting questions that I have after yet another failure at delivering anything financially meaningful in this 4C.
How and why do they plan on trying to get support to move to the US when the business is clearly struggling to make money ?
At what point does the company pivot from the IP only model and take what ever business is available before we go broke ?
How soon will the board question our CEO’s leadership, no IP deals going on 3 years seems a bit far fetched to accept no matter how positive you are about the company’s “progress”.
Why are so many bright minds leaving our company for “greener pastures” ?
How does the CEO continue to accept an enormous salary package, without hesitation or compassion for shareholders wealth and continue to ask for more free shares for himself and the board ?
In many documented cases CEO’s and directors have accepted their lack of progress after failing to deliver on their own, publicly stated minestones by taking pay cuts and not accepting free shares to build shareholder confidence, why has this not been visited, is it a lifestyle company for directors ?
In any other profession if you continually failed to deliver meaningful revenue whilst spending comparatively massive amounts of money, over an extended period, you would most definitely be shown the door.
Happy to be corrected if I have stated information that is factually incorrect.
On a personal position, I would love to sell at this point but are currently unwilling to lock in a substantial loss.
