BRN Discussion Ongoing

Great find Space Cadet, cheers
No worries. Got nothing better to do. Car has broken down and 3 hours from home. Sitting here waiting for help. Could be a long day.

I'm Spartacus!
These unmanned underwater drones look like they'd benefit from our type of tech.
Weight and space savings probably not so important as with airborne systems but power efficiency and autonomy just as critical, perhaps even more so, particularly in regards to the stealth profile which is of paramount importance to submersible activities.

People say I’m always angry, yep many years ago about 5, I wrote a email to T Dawe in reference to what I was hearing from my broker and others in reference to Brn, It was in reference to LDA and how this share would be shorted into oblivion and in would swoop arm and steal this company from shareholder. His responce it’s Hearsay! Guess what the only thing I’m waiting for now is the takeover offer from Arm
To prove it was’nt.
I believe nothing and I mean nothing management say, they have not acted in shareholders interests at all they are trying in my belief to escape the ASX for one reason and think about this, It is my belief that they are withholding Extremely Price Sensitive Imformation behind the pretence of NDA’S that at some stage will have to be announced to the market. Then they will get a What the fuck query from the ASX, to which they will reply Oh sorry we thought we didn’t have to if it was under a NDA. Small slap on the hand will happen and all the mums and Dads who have worked their guts out to have enough spare to invest and take a punt on the ASX will have been forced to sell at this low price losing their hard earned, with no recourse as our ASIC are a boneless PEICE OF SHIT Organisation and will do nothing. It appears to me that PVDM Is being played by our board and management and if he had any balls at all he would standup for investors of Australia and bring management to account. You can be a brilliant inventor, does,nt mean your not guliable and easily led. How many rich intelligent people get ripped of by conartists, it happens every day of the week.

This next vote will not only tell management to stick their remuneration by shareholders up their arses, They haven’t listened they have just deferred their unwarranted lavish bonus payments till 2026 they still get them. Ask yourself what job have you ever had and I get bonus’s at my workplace, have you had a bad year and your boss says to you don’t worry you have done nothin to advance the company you have underperformed immensely you ain’t gettin a bonus this year we are gunna give you a double bonus next year.WTF that’s exactly what management are doing just deferring it till next year. Fuck off I say you get nothin like every other workplace in Australia

There is no doubt LDA is super manipulative but the contract itself let them to be.
I am not sure how LDA can sell us to arm or any other company.
But their powers in present scenario are much more than a substantial holders and it is a pity our management cannot work out a better for more than 5 years.
It looks when we get good administrator we get bad technical back ground and when we get some good tech background guy we are getting very bad administrator.
But hang on we are having a super expensive CFO for the whole time, where we are using his services??

Should have clarity that the above doesn't mean it has anything to do with us but I like the fact it has no dollar ceiling and we could possibly fall under this contract if required. Like anything in this vacuum pf information it is all guesswork.

SC
True the Navy is however clear about transitioning to the Edge.
Another hint is that late Dec'24 Bascom Hunter purchased $100k worth of AKIDA1500 chips. The Bascom Hunter/BOA contract was Sept'24.

Agreed. The timing is right but little detail. Very open ended and not restricted which I like.

I like the fact that you can fit 2 of them on cricket pitch (almost).

Diesel electric I guess.

6000 m
10 days,
Andruil's Lattice AI (software),
cooperate with mothership,
deploy swarms of smaller UUVs,
.

We can get 1000 Ghost Sharks for the price of one submarine ($23M v $28b). With our coastline (and recent "trespassers") we need all around protection. There could be squadrons distributed around the coast. Maybe that's why we need to buy back Darwin harbour.

The video draws comparison with the Ghost Bat UAV. The AI component opens possibilities for Akida, but ANdruil + AI links to OpenAI (ChatGPT) for aerial defence:

https://www.anduril.com/article/and...cial-intelligence-leadership-and-protect-u-s/
.
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, and OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT and frontier AI models such as GPT 4o and OpenAI o1, are proud to announce a strategic partnership to develop and responsibly deploy advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for national security missions. By bringing together OpenAI’s advanced models with Anduril’s high-performance defense systems and Lattice software platform, the partnership aims to improve the nation’s defense systems that protect U.S. and allied military personnel from attacks by unmanned drones and other aerial devices.

U.S. and allied forces face a rapidly evolving set of aerial threats from both emerging unmanned systems and legacy manned platforms that can wreak havoc, damage infrastructure and take lives. The Anduril and OpenAI strategic partnership will focus on improving the nation’s counter-unmanned aircraft systems (CUAS) and their ability to detect, assess and respond to potentially lethal aerial threats in real-time. As part of the new initiative, Anduril and OpenAI will explore how leading edge AI models can be leveraged to rapidly synthesize time-sensitive data, reduce the burden on human operators, and improve situational awareness. These models, which will be trained on Anduril’s industry-leading library of data on CUAS threats and operations, will help protect U.S. and allied military personnel and ensure mission success.

The accelerating race between the United States and China to lead the world in advancing AI makes this a pivotal moment. If the United States cedes ground, we risk losing the technological edge that has underpinned our national security for decades. The decisions made now will determine whether the United States remains a leader in the 21st century or risks being outpaced by adversaries who don’t share our commitment to freedom and democracy and would use AI to threaten other countries. Bringing together world-class talent in their respective fields, this effort aims to ensure that the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community have access to the most advanced, effective, and safe AI-driven technologies available in the world
.

Andruil use software AI to process sensor data:

https://www.anduril.com/article/and...military-platform-for-public-safety-security/

Anduril’s Lattice is an open software platform capable of being used for a variety of missions and industries — including public safety, security, and defense. Designed to be sensor, network, and system agnostic, Lattice takes data from disparate and distributed sensors, feeds, and systems and moves this data into a single integration layer. In this integration layer, AI, machine learning, and sensor/data processing techniques are used to filter high-value information to users. This filtering enables users to react to the data by tasking other systems such as sensors, vehicles, or other assets within the platform itself.

Akida could speed this process significantly. Doing AI, ML, sensor processing in a military context is tantamount to negligence.

I wonder if Andruil is one of our NDAs?

I share very similar concerns. I simply don't trust Sean Hehir and I reckon Tony Dawe is sincere but probably in the dark as much as we shareholders. I've been waiting too long for my investment to bear fruit (originally bought about 2019 at 6 cents, and now average 65 cents) its making me very cynical and concerned that I've done my $$. I just feel trapped and betrayed. Those comments years ago " explosive growth, hockey stick trajectory, revenue just around the corner" those fuckers should be locked up after they're voted out

PS: I find the square section a bit odd for 6000 m depth capability, but it looks as though they dropped the round one:

What if they’d busted their asses even more without the LDA and brought in real dealmakers instead of nerds who just keep hyping the product and hand out the solution for free to partners—until those guys know enough and don’t need us anymore? Just sayin’.

Yes, it is a bit odd, I agree.
It would still require an internal pressure hull for all the pressure sensitive components, although the lack of life support would make that much easier I guess. My thought is that the squarish profile may make payload stowage and deployment easier? Just a guess though. 🤷‍♀️
Nice to see at least we have a dog in the hunt. 🤣

Yes. I think you've hit the nail on the head.

As there is no animate being on board, they can equalize the internal and external pressure. ( https://au.video.search.yahoo.com/s...ddc7197d97d8406d38adb1b6b6f02523&action=click ) Just have the internal components in crush-proof containers.

Well "explosive growth" was PVDM..
Is that what you think of him?

"Hockey stick" was LDN, who while I like the guy and his enthusiasm was genuine (IMO) he "did" have a bit of a "used car salesman" aura about him..
Also, consider that many shareholders would absolutely Love, more of the style of ASX announcements, that happened under his tenure (which were subsequently shutdown by the ASX and "we" were probably a major factor in the changing of ASX rules, in relation to company announcements, in general).
Even though it was a non ASX or Company announcement (Mercedes) that actually got the share price moving in earnest.

"Revenue just around the corner" was most probably Sean..

Most of these things that were said though, were followed by major Global upheavals, Covid, Ukraine War and now (disregarding the current actions to reset Global order) we have Technological Development, at an unprecedented rate, which will only further increase.

If Covid and the Ukraine War, hadn't have happened, which I believe were both avoidable, we would be in a Very different position right now and everyone here, would be currently eating lobster for breakfast.

But they did.

Totally agree. Just like how Tony Dawe said he was utterly surprised when the BRN SP soared in light of the MB news (I wonder if he is still surprised at the low SP now?). A few days ago I asked (on this forum) how much more can we draw down from LDA, and can BRN do a compulsory buy back of shares. No one was able to provide the answer. I wouldn't be surprised the SP dropping to $0.01 and BRN buying back all our share for $20mio from an LDA draw down. Then a redomicile they will go.....
Sounds crazy, and hope I'm totally wrong.
The hard questions need to be asked at the upcoming AGM, and if a person asking them gets shut down by management, the crowd needs to push back, otherwise we will all lose.

Dingo don’t get me wrong I enjoy your comments as they tend to be impartial, But excuse after axcuse after excuse don’t cut it no more. This time they will blame trump and the downturn in the stock market, but the big companies that Brn are supposed to be dealing with are always forward looking they have to be if they ain’t they fail. LDA are the vehicle to suppress the shareprice is what I was getting at. For Arm to swoop in when we are valueless. How much is our shareprice in the USA now what $0.12 a penny stock at best. If we were 1/10 the world leader in our technology that management state we are world leaders than fk me why are we 12 cents in the USA. Someone’s bullshitting and I think it management. If we were world leaders would we really be valued at $0.12 everyone would be jumping over that share price buying every share they could get. BUT NO……….. Like I said if I knew who the old bloke was at the last AGM that abused the shit out of management I’d pay him to go again!
