"Typically" they work on actual sales of the products, but it depends entirely on how the royalty system was set up.
As we have no information at all about that, I don't know how you could come to the conclusion you have?..
So if they build 100,000 units, we should get paid for 100,000 units not how many they sell to individuals.
That said, my main point was that we are probably not involved in this because there is nothing concrete linking us to it maybe other than being a partner of one of Nintendo’s many partners...
