Hi all,
I have never personally met Steve L, but I do know that Simon Thorpe got on with Steve and thought he was a genuinely nice bloke..

It is interesting how the BOD have not supported his self-nomination, but in saying that, we have a pretty solid team already, maybe Steve for Geoff ?...keeping Australians on the Board is extremely important in my view, I personally don't see us moving to the US markets unless something big is presented to the Australian retail market, have we already been approached and offered a future pathway by an American company IF we make the move to the US in early 2026 ?

Many are very unhappy at present, I totally understand that, our technology isn't holding us back, so what is ??

Mid 2026 is still D-Day for me, ticky tock, ticky tock...love how AKD 1000 still gets the recognition, month after month....too narrow, my arse !!!

No redomicile vote or information here. So if the management is not sure then why to raise that issue with share holders.
To re domicile either they have to gather 100% support or arrange another meeting and gather 75% support. It does not look like management have a plan on that as yet.
What a mismanagement here.

I also suspect it was to create chaos (which it did). Perhaps they were trying to take the spot light off of the AGM. Just a thought!

I've said many times that I think that one thing which has retarded commercialization has been the lack of silicon COTS, but I do recognize that, at the time the "IP only" decision was made we were under great financial constraints, so I was happy to see very recently that, in addition to the algorithm product announcement a few months ago, there was mention of silicon as a product, although we haven't been told which hat they are pulling it out of. However, the lack of silicon over the last few years has given our competitions (Synsense, Innatera, ...) a "first-to-market" type of advantage, while we shot ourselves in the foot by producing TENNs just as the ink was about to be applied to the paper. But even that has not stopped a number of customers/EAPs from being impressed with Akida 1.

There has been a constant stream of good news for a few years. Today, we see Tony Lewis praising TENNs in relation to the ISL announcement, but as everybody says, that won't even slightly lacerate the mustard without $$$$. So I've always been in the camp of those expecting a big announcement before the US move becomes a reality, and hopefully before the AGM.

Yes, "Too narrow" was something which, like "the market will do what the market will do"*, was poorly expressed (glib?). My interpretation is that the potential field of application was expanding exponentially, and some new applications required greater accuracy and compatibility with the de facto 8-bit standard, and greater context (NLP cf KWS).

* Actually, I think that, at that time, the US directors were not aware of how corrupt the ASX is. The scales have fallen from their eyes now, hence the move.

Dio sorry for the same can you explain the last paragraph. How ASX is corrupt when management is not passing on any information, which in result is making shorts smart.
e.g that news of Anil not a substantial holder was 2 year old and reproduced on ASX, 100 million wiped off on a single day.
Is that a corrupt practice of asx
That news we want to redomicile to US without a proper plan and another 100 million wiped from the sp , is that again a corrupt ASX.

The first filing date is very important, and should be used as the first point of reference. In this case the application was filed on 20210719.

My growing fear for BrainChip involves a slower, more frustrating and drawn out death.
CR Dilution to the point where we need consolidation.
Followed by more CR Dilution and further consolidation...
In 5 years time we all own 10,000 BRN shares @ 20 cents a piece.

The only way I can access the latest posts is to go on alerts and press on alerts at the top and press a link where there is an alert to someone replying to the thread.

Very strange and if happening to everybody it will kill the thread as none will know someone has posted. I guess if I don't get a response then I have my answer. Very strange
