Does that indicate its been approved for commercial use?
I guess it's far enough advanced to remove the NDA which means it can not be to far away from sales.

Obviously whoever is buying today is creating liquidity by triggering those with Rising Sell orders ,picking up the loose change which trips , then repeating.

Still going with a $0.325 Close today, which is within the earlier price range mentioned .

I think you might have found another one Bravo. The Onsor 4IR technologies reffered to means 4th Industrial revolution technologies which certainly are not the old traditional systems that the US defense is ditching in favour of BRN products such as AKIDA1000, 1500 and TENNs.

Well, here we go again and I'm totally confused.

A day or two out from posting our annual revenue figures, share price is surging, with no new contracts, except something on a web page about a possible new product that would have taken quite a few million$ to develop which must have been achieved under an NDA.

I would think that the company needs to also lodge a 3Y but could be wrong.

Sub holdings (604 / 605) usually lodged within a couple of days.

3Y within about 5 days which would give more details as to the disposal method eg on market, off market, transfer etc.

He's retired, so needs to fund that, but odd he would sell almost 15 million shares, for another ~3.8 million to do it..

Almost half, sold at an average price of 26 cents, is a poor return, for the years he has put in, considering the other ~15 million were sold at an average of 72.5 cents in 2022..

Not sure what he did with almost 11 million dollars in 2 and a bit years, to necessitate the recent sales..

Maybe he made some bad investments or the Lifestyle he acquired, is more expensive than he thought?

This is the sort of thing that the company NEEDS to explain. Anil is one of the founders and his (partial) exit might spook the market. Alternatively it could be the first step in a takeover or strategic investment. Or he could have a personal or family reason. See what I mean? The board really needs to explain what's going on here..................

Well, the "board" actually doesn't have an obligation to "explain" per se, just cause we want to understand it.

That's the purpose of ASIC and the "required" forms to be lodged. That's the obligation of the Board or Co, to follow those rules.

Edit: probs should add the more pertinent question is why the T20 black out if that is legit?

I guess this should have been expected by us mere shareholders.

I don't think the AKD1500's are avaiilable from our shop, so we sell them to better connected customers, companies like Bascom Hunter who will sign a deal to buy $100K's worth. So What I don't understand: Why wouldn't Onsor want to be protected in the same way ie with an agreement?

And what might you think about Anil selling a few shares. Don’t tell me

One thing I'm curious about with this application, is that the "glasses" themselves, don't seem to have anything to do with the "Tech" and are just "holding" the dry electrodes?..

Fine if you actually wear glasses, but it seems to me, that there might be a better and less "obtrusive" way of mounting them?..
