I doubt it's us as we signed up for another $20M with LDA of the 7th Jan.
Sounds like these negotiations have been going on for a while??
Still good news that someone like this has recognised the potential.
We currently have the most mature Neuromorphic technology. A turn-key investor is something we’ve been crying out for. I would be surprised if an investor would pick a company with tech that’s less evolved and more of risk? If I was making decisions for DIF investing opportunities in a nascent technology I would want to be certain that at least I chose the company with the best opportunity of bringing the technology to market in the current conditions. Now as far as the LDA thing goes maybe they need that for something more immediate? AIMO.

I did ask him back if there were any reasons why this practice has been discontinued.

Can really speculate until the cows come home why, but I will miss my little quarterly exercise!

My first feeling is that PVDM has finally sold shares as he is very well entitled too. Tech may grill me for that, but that is the integral reason I would prefer. If not this, well... keeping more cards closer to chest I can only hope is for shareholder's benefit.

************ TOP 20 REPORT ************

My brother lives in Sydney and works 140m from the Boardroom office.

He is going to drop by the office to inspect the share register this afternoon pending how he goes at work today, otherwise he will do it tomorrow.

I will share any findings here once he's reported back.

It seems as though he can ask for an electronic copy to be provided. If so, that'll be shared here too.

I believe you need to arrange to inspect the register in advance. Can't just pop in but keep us updated if that's not the case.

If you wait until 10:15am tomorrow to tell us, I will assume that PVDM dumped 100,000,000 shares and you bailed out on open :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I hate being that guy but unfortunately it's true.

Until those numbers change, we are just fodder for the market and shorters to mess with us and the reasons we keep being pumped and dumped prior to and after every quarterly.

I've received the same info from another shareholder. Working through it. I called Boardroom myself and they were super unhelpful.

I explained that boardroom is Brainchip's registered office and share registry and that I have a right as a member of the company to inspect the register free of charge under the Corporations Act. Indian fella was like 'i understand' and then took my details for his service manager to call me.

I won't hold my breath.

Absolutely disgraceful that Boardroom has fobbed you off (even temporarily). Perhaps they need to refer to the ASIC regulations that confirm that ANYONE has a right to inspect a copy of the company's share register. Shareholders can view it for free, however they have the right to charge a non shareholder.

Why does a listed share registry employee need to refer you to a supervisor? Unbelievable!

Last week of Feb has a few potential reveals:
-Figure AI have ditched Open AI over their own model to deliver “something no one has ever seen on a humanoid” in the next 30 days. The CEO Adcock suggests the proper solution is building an end-to-end AI model focused on powering specific hardware.

-Revamped Amazon Alexa may be shown. This was planned for the end of last year but was pushed out due to technical issues. Chance it may get pushed out again.

The Iron Dome is also in the same period

I thought PVDM was still a Director? If so he would need to lodge a change of Directors interest Notice.

Nah, left a long time ago. I just hope we can see this behemoth fly before the inevitable dementia hits us all.

Oh dear. You know I hate to say it, but maybe that's the problem. Some people never know when to quit, and hand over the reins to someone more modern.
