And wouldn't you love that. You Fucking slime bag.Is it unreasonable to consider the AFP investigation could be a material adverse change ? If AVZ draws down on the loan by Dec 31 it would suggest AVZ is in the clear . If not then it would suggest there has been a material adverse change . Basic logic .
He don’t know shit. Type of person who pisses into the wind and wonders why he’s wetHow do you know if AVZ had/hadn't drawn down on the Locke facility prior to this next piece of orchestrated AFP bullshit from Fatslobs and/or the other detractors???
We had that already, remember the arrests for the assassination attempt?Needs a murder or two![]()
Hey Juba or John or whatever the fuck your name is, have you considered this cooperation with the AFP could be a masterstroke by AVZ? Using the AFP free of charge to clear them of any corruption allegations and creating some clear air to progress past the mudslinging by the DRC and Zijin at the ICC and ICSID - well played by the BOD and their lawyers! Bring on the first tranche!AVZ expects to drawdown a first tranche of funds during December 2024.

My way of thinking would be Locke would have covered the AFP issue in DD. The issue has been around for a while and would have been a disclosure requirement for AVZ. It is true, AVZ will draw down its first tranche of Locke funding, it will be done to pay DLA pipers lawyer fees which are behind 6 months, plus pay the ICSID / ICC arbitration fees.........this was all mentioned at the AGM.AVZ expects to drawdown a first tranche of funds during December 2024.

The AFP investigation is all about Marius........a complete witch hunt.
Move on.
So, in case any of you ever had any doubts at all, that cunt Letty711 on the crapper posted the spreadsheet with details of further alleged payments made to Marius, on HC, the same time as it was also posted on X
I’m not sure why anyone replies to that dickhead juba or the other trolls here, I’ve had him on ignore for as long as I remember
Still I’m glad there are quality shareholders on TSE who expose these trolls and stop this forum turning into another crapper
That would be a very poor move! Need leverage of courts until the coin is paid off my mortgage. Pay the fees asap!If we pay court fees for DRC, I am assuming that means there is no negotiation going on anymore.

we're not paying their fees, but It seems the only ones who thought negotiations were going on and that we have good relations with the government was the board, while in reality their government seemed to have only used this as stall tactics, idk but after over 2yrs of absolute shenanigans and drama after drama while us donkeys get dangled carrots from a few with obviously no control in their government well its hard to draw any other conclusionIf we pay court fees for DRC, I am assuming that means there is no negotiation going on anymore.

Yes, I know we would be paying both parties fees to the ICSID. Wouldn't trust the lowlife to honour any negotiated outcome without the threat of ICSID looming. Fees will be paid 100%.We would be paying the court fees to the ICSID not the DRC.
What I am implying, is that the fact neither party has paid fees could imply negotiation is happening in the background. If both parties wanted to go through the courts the fees will be paid, by both or us directly.
