Oh mate of course. Here’s where I’m at for what it’s worth. I’d like to believe we are in negotiations that they have opened up lines of communication at least with zinjin to get us a deal to get us out of their hair while they set up their mining operations. I think the bird has flown on DRC Government negotiations. I think Nigel is good enough to know he’s got to get above the all time highs and I think he’s in a good position to do so. They can’t steal it. And they can’t mine it if we are held up in court. I’m hoping deal. I’m hoping upwards of $1.50. But I’ve read enough history on the DRC to know things rarely go well over there. And I don’t suggest $1.50 because it’s what we are worth. I suggest it because I want out. ASAP

And FYI, I'm just as annoyed as anyone about the last couple of years.

I do however have a slight bounce to my step currently, as I believe things are turning/have turned in our favour.

Firstly, silence from the BoD. Interesting. No? Been a loooong time.
They've definitely gone to ground.

AGM rapidly approaching. Have you read what's being voted on? Really?
It's a nothing. It's meaningless. IMO, just a couple of issues to vote on, " 'cause we gotta have an AGM." It'll be over in ten minutes.

Where's the MMGA crew? That's right. NOWHERE!

No additional motions put forward.

No persons of ill repute putting their hand up to be voted in.

No motions for board spills.

In my humble opinion, a deal's been done.

News prior to AGM? Maybe? Probably.
Most likely.

Taking in consideration that der hooter is in overdrive on HC, moderating every post he considers could harm his persona, something must be happening.

But than again at the end of the day, he is so fucking frustrated, because simply he can't find out anything.
Even after lurking here, about every hour of the day, without success, that he finished up resorting to make up his own shit in the hope he might catch something up by people reacting to his absolute uneducated nonsense.

Great study material for psychologists.

If we are heavily negotiating (and I hope we are), I'd be surprised if there is much information forthcoming at the AGM.
Details of such (and how close to resolution etc) would be kept close.

I'd think Nige would have learned not to set any expectations by now since he can't trust anything he's been told.
And if there was any nudging or winking, I wouldn't trust it anyway.

We *might* get some info or clarity around exactly what the story is regarding the escrow funds, but I think you'd even want how much of that remains kept under wraps from our opponents as well.

It might even be a quick formality to table and close the resolutions, then no questions.

Anyway, we'll know pretty soon.

I've been debating the same thing. emailed ben and nigel last wednesday to ask if there would be some level of discussion and q&a however have received no response, maybe they're busy working on a deal or maybe they just dont give a fuck. I'm taking this as they're not ready to talk and anyone else there, eg deboss would just be speculating on the maybe's. I dont mind spending the $1k but fuck me, if I went and heard squat that would really trigger me, so to protect my mental health and my cash, I'll stay home.

They’ve had a shocking year and have chased fairytales all around the globe and will be wanting to keep that quiet. All in my opinion
