The Private Sector Subcontracting Regulatory Authority (ARSP) has published on its website (www.arsp.cd) the list of 1200 companies operating in Kinshasa and removed from the subcontracting market after violating the law on subcontracting in the DRC.

The DG of this public institution, Miguel Kashal, specified that it was at the end of the inspections carried out by judicial police officers that these companies were listed as "illegal" with regard to subcontracting.

"We launched judicial police officers on the ground and at the end of the control. We deregistered 1200 subcontracting companies, which were not eligible for the subcontracting market. They were companies that worked illegally and most of which were paid abroad, something that constitutes a loss of income for the country's tax administration and escapes the repatriation of capital to our country, "said the DG of the ARSP.

Some of these companies have been deregistered for non-compliance with the law in the constitution of their articles, with foreign shareholders holding more than 51% of the shares in violation of the requirements of the Subcontracting Act and the regulatory acts in force.

In addition, the ARSP notes that it has discovered several cases of fraud against the law, including the name-name phenomenon that promotes listed partners who actually have no part, and all these companies will be notified by September 25, 2023.

According to the AARSP, the DRC loses about $8 billion each year due to violations of the subcontracting law in the private sector.

If you were paid over $400,000 a year what you do? Why didn't they say to share holders about 15% sell off ? Or other problem dathomir. Would you have sold if you know about that.
