AVZ Discussion 2022

TSE IS FUCKED BY TROLLS
With regard to the AGM and voting on board members I think we should collectively seek absolute clarity from the current AVZ management and board on what shareholders need to do to ensure that not one single nominated person involved with MMGA gets anywhere near a seat on the board.

What I'm looking for is clear, unequivocal instruction on how to vote to completely defeat any attempt by MMGA to get a seat

Also I am looking for clarity on the following so I can understand the implications:

  • What happens if you don't vote?
  • Is the chair a proxy?
  • If the chair is a proxy how are their votes going to be cast?
  • Clarity on whether the chair is a "default" proxy or does each and every shareholder have to nominate them?

There are other questions I have but those are the most basic ones that come to mind

I am more than happy to personally seek this information from management and share it (or simply ask management to share it) but interested to hear from other shareholders on what they would like to (or need to) know to ensure MMGA are completely and utterly defeated in their attempt(s) to get a seat on the Board and steal Manono from AVZ

I have a large number of shareholdings across my portfolio and this is the very first time I have felt absolutely, completely compelled to take a direct and decisive voting action in an AGM

In my opinion the stakes are that high and the decision is that important

Happy to hear from you

PM if you prefer

Cheers

Old mate Celestin clearly has no shame - a perfect puppet. Like I've said here before - these people will never stop. Ever.

CKK have sabotaged the presentation of avz by serge and told the audience after the presentation that it’s a lie, the contract is canceled and we own nothing.

Dissapoining response from Franck - surely he knows about Cominier’s ways.

On the bright side, if Cominier has unilaterally cancelled the contract (hello ICC), then he’s commited Cominier to a 50k per day fine from the ICC since about when, April? So that’s about a 9M fine so far. Was that USD or EUR?

He’s not very bright, hey?

Can't wait to see CKK get thrown out of the forum as a self-invited unannounced unhinged gate crasher.

Fukkin fool, his actions really must further his ICC case.

The last spastic moves of a corrupt DRC Government CEO before entering Makala.

He is a idiot that’s crystal clear, but 50k are only 18.25 million usd per year and could be paid from zijin or a other partner. And the second problem is that they are good in taking everything but bad in paying anything back.
Only the government and international pressure can stop that circus. If the government don’t get behind us no verdict will change anything for us shareholders.

To be honest….I check the cominiere account daily and they were silent about, we are out or any other shit, for weeks. So after the cami meeting I thought we made good progress and they get informed to stop their behavior because of negotiations.
I’m more than surprised about today’s behavior. Because it looks like no drc government official was at our presentation and how disrespectful it is to tell all people after the presentation they are lying and own nothing. In front of embassies and other government officials. The lead sponsor accused of being a liar. And in the end if cominiere is wrong it’s embarrassing for the drc too. At no level that shit is understandable anymore. After such a long time no one told cominiere to shut up, unbelievable.
Absolutely woeful day 1 of the forum. Looks like the MoM didn't show up, what kind of a message does that send, Eric Allard up there dribbling about Tantalex and CKK making a scene.

Bring on the ICC..... time to air some dirty laundry.

I also think an important question to ask, "If I select the chair as a proxy, which way would they vote?" What if the chair or a proxy used your vote to vote for new directors?
