Nice opening statement there but nothing new in the presentation as expected.

It'll be interesting to see if Serge takes questions after the preso although I doubt it.

If the ML hasn't arrived prior to the AGM I'd like to ask Nigel if in hindsight it was a mistake not to accept the surface rights for Roche Dure , ,forgo Nth CDL, and just move on with the 1 Billion tonne + project that is Roche Dure ? Our mine would be 2/3 completed or possible TO . SH spared the last 18 month of this Cone of Silence nightmare . Now anything less than the entirety of Roche Dure and CDL is unacceptable .
Imo no different to what I've said for 3 years could have payed the 50 as after the dfs it was a fair price. ( this could have been tied to a ml being granted) no problem with legals But didn't happen which could have given us 75% then zing shit is insignificant. But ho no I'm a white Knight,no I'm a white Knight. The strategy of the best bod on the asx was wrong imo. But these other 3 pricks are scum. Unfortunately our management chose to lay down with dogs and guests what ended up with tics . All these prick are mates or past mates. What a fuckup.

The marketing material in these conferences has a connection to a shareholder (I suspect, as I don't have any inside knowledge)
This poster or non poster (as they use Twitter more)
They like attending conferences for ability to promote conference freebies
They also post photos of the conference freebies - without detailing why they are impressed by them
Not saying any more, long term holders will know , whom I am suggesting as the marketing guru
It's nothing to do with the crap going on in the past week or so, and perhaps why this person knows a little more than average shareholder
Hopefully Franck Fwamba keeps posting updates on the Twittersphere... what a peoples champion!

Yes the ownership project snapshot should be magnified on the big screen tonight.
Would have liked to have seen photos of the completed mining camp in the presentation.
They really need to sell the shit out of this tonight.

Where’s Zeebot 😶‍🌫️
I gotta say that’s one polished power point.
Must have been 5 guys sitting around the computer for 6 months working on those graphics.

The language barrier at such a conference is to be respected... French, Swahili, English, Chinese and Strayen among others..., however, the food (dare I say snacks?!) and cocktail fusions would be incredible...

TSE is AWESOME GO AVZ
With regard to the AGM and voting on board members I think we should collectively seek absolute clarity from the current AVZ management and board on what shareholders need to do to ensure that not one single nominated person involved with MMGA gets anywhere near a seat on the board.

What I'm looking for is clear, unequivocal instruction on how to vote to completely defeat any attempt by MMGA to get a seat

Also I am looking for clarity on the following so I can understand the implications:

  • What happens if you don't vote?
  • Is the chair a proxy?
  • If the chair is a proxy how are their votes going to be cast?
  • Clarity on whether the chair is a "default" proxy or does each and every shareholder have to nominate them?

There are other questions I have but those are the most basic ones that come to mind

I am more than happy to personally seek this information from management and share it (or simply ask management to share it) but interested to hear from other shareholders on what they would like to (or need to) know to ensure MMGA are completely and utterly defeated in their attempt(s) to get a seat on the Board and steal Manono from AVZ

I have a large number of shareholdings across my portfolio and this is the very first time I have felt absolutely, completely compelled to take a direct and decisive voting action in an AGM

In my opinion the stakes are that high and the decision is that important

Happy to hear from you

PM if you prefer

Cheers

Nut
