Don’t worry about the 200. Let’s just skip it for the 100.
Did the unexpected SP retrace today lead to this?
I agree with what your saying it's a very sad situation the world doesn't need .. if your response was in reply to my earlier post i wasnt talking about 10 yrs ago. It seems msm focus on particular battles and ignore current ones.. ie
‘Barrage of attacks’: Civilians killed in US raid in Syria
Six children and four women among 13 people killed as US special forces launch raid in Idlib, first responders say.www.aljazeera.com
I've seen a couple of beautiful posts on how people are helping in small ways that make a differrence .
One said they booked a place in the Ukraine with Airbnb just to send money to some people.. apparrently AirBnB are wavering fees to help.
Another was a woman buying a basket full of tampons to send there which the guy behind matched after asking her why she's buying so many.
By Aus staying out of it I meant let's not do the Vietnam war thing and send our guys to fight n die. Helping in a passive way I like..
Never been out West but WA coppers were always classed as big units. Did they have different selection guide lines? Or Urban myth?Hi Froggy
Hi Froggy
When I joined the Police there were minimum height and other physical requirements. Officers had a 12 inch rubber baton and a six shot Smith & Wesson revolver.
Because these height and physical requirements excluded women they were relaxed then abandoned.
Overtime it was realised little police needed extra weapons to effect arrests and control groups until now where they carry eight shot automatic Glock pistols, capsicum spray, Tasers and three foot long metal batons and up graded handcuffs.
Post traumatic stress disorder is endemic in the ranks of modern police.
Little police have a very hard time enforcing the law and are challenged constantly and because they lack the size and strength to control others they are forced to resort to using these weapons.
What you complain about in this country at least is a product of politically correct narratives that ignore facts to pander to interest groups resulting in increasingly violent outcomes.
My opinion only DYOR
FF
AKIDA BALLISTA
I'm just going to go ahead say it. THE ONLY reason we didn't make the asx 200 is because whoever is maanipulating the sp wanted us to miss out imo. Why? Probably haven't had their fill yet, or perhaps the buy out would be be too expensive then. Opinion only dyor
Damn, BRN is getting hammered down. Anyone knows why? I fully trust the company but getting a bit concerned
Ok I'll ask, what link?
I have not seen his name before, time to keep this gentleman on our watchlist.
Profiles
www.westernsydney.edu.au
That'll make an impressive looking CV (check the ''projects'' tab under that link above)
Oh BTW, don't think we need to dot join, because it's written right there.

In the article it also mentions it spent a few weeks in Australia. That, coupled with the suggestion it was either Intel or Brainchip… I think one can conclude which one it was since it spent a few weeks down under
It says Intel Loihi and Brainchip's Akida.
Could this be a partnership rather than a competition as Rob mentioned recently?
Usually when articles compare products, they say Loihi or Akida. It is very rarely they use and unless there is a connection. My take only.
Good point. It said “and” in relation to capability of such devices, not what they used. I don’t see it as a hint to a collaboration but rather to one or more devices they tried to use at least. But of course it could mean as you say… but anyway, my point was simply that given the mention of Brainchip Akida and Australia, my money is at least on that Akida was involved.
Of course I’ll be very happy to find we are also collaborating with Intel. I just don’t want to jump to that conclusion just yet, without some more dots
