Where's this reshuffle?....wouldnt be surprised if the Chinese paid the pope off to go in there and buy them 3 or 4 days extra ; can't see FT doing to much when the popes in town apart from taking some happy snaps.

A few junkets in the new plane must be long over due too....he hasn't been on a plane since Saturday

The Democratic Republic of Congo has just acquired a new presidential plane, a Boeing Business Jet 767 registered T7 – DRC.

The BBJ is a range of airliners fitted out for secure private use.

Fitted out, the plane includes bedrooms, bathrooms, dining or meeting rooms and a large lounge.

It is therefore a worthy plane for the travels of the Head of State Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo around the world.

It should be noted that the presidential plane purchased under the regime of Joseph Kabila is no longer in circulation today.

I always took the CATH deal usually being extended around a month after the suspension deadline to mean that it will take a bit of time to finalise the ownership transfer after the licence is registered. Very interesting they are now due on the same day after all this time of them being separate.

IMO, nothing to read into with the same date. Just the end of the month. Hope I am wrong. Nevertheless, I am confident we are making headway and hopefully by the end of the qtr we are trading. Reshuffle after the Pope has gone?

Yeah most likely just a coincidence. Makes more sense to have them lined up anyway as announcements will come out as soon as bod are ready to make them so news will flow when it's ready not on the deadline day. But still a bit weird they haven't been on the same date before.

Reshuffle has already been done by Felix. Up to the prime minister to implement now. I don't think the pope being there will change when that happens but who fucking knows in the DRC.

Lets see if they add any words of encouragement this time .

Definitely going to be some selling due to many wanting/needing to access their cash.
The BOD said at the shitshow that they are aware of the situation and lining up the announcements so to speak, they will need too.
With lithium going strong and remaining strong we are with any luck in the 'rising tide lifts all boats' scenario and the drop isn't too bad.

I'm interested to see those announcements out and watch how long it takes for AVZ to start moving up again. There is a nagging part of me that is expecting the market to have lost faith in the BOD and DRC and in that case price would then stagnate and only really start to move a few months out from first concentrate produced.

Certainly hope not, what's others opinions on this when we open back up?

Lots of moving ball equations here.

On the one hand you have trapped shorters , jaded / bewildered longs who will want to get the fuck out plus insto rebalancing...... which will put pressure on the SP to the downside, but on the other hand, if AVZ is granted the ML, which also includes a good updated collaboration deal with CATH, plus a release of the updated BFS and confirmation that FT is indeed cleaning up the swamp and providing a better path way for international investment, then that could well and truly counter the bearish scenario.

Suffice to say, cant wait for that golden bell to arrive, confirming a bullish scenario, so we can all move past discussing corruption shit and actually discuss what matters the most, the developments of construction / production with divvies on top.

The dream is still very much alive for me, i still want to be a cog on the wheel to see Manono develop, the hugest, purest hard rock project in the world , which will be a huge influence to improving the lives of the DRC, but more importantly, a huge influence in getting our world carbon free......plus improve my bank balance exponentially.

Its all up to AVZ bod / DRC govt to realise that.
