I think Shaun left some bread crumbs to Nintendo….
He said mega chips will make chips for their customer, go and look at who their customers are……
I think someone said 75 percent of megachips revenue comes from Nintendo……
Also if would seem logical some some kind of AR/VR application/gaming system.
its actually pretty hard to find who there customers actually are...

only reference to a customer I found was on the Megachips translated Wikipedia page, where the only customer mentioned is....."Nintendo"

if anyone can actually can find a "list" of megachips customers/partners on the web, can you please post them, harder to do that i thought it would be

Not necessarily just Nintendo. They’re also linked to a top Japanese camera company (would love this to be Sony). And also to the automotive industry.

In the automotive space...the “Kanade” video talks about Megachips working with Denso and Yazaki (1m40s mark)…link here: Mega Chips Youtube Channel.

Yazaki has the following customers (and Denso is part of Toyota)…

Deleted post.

I gather from your response that you still believe that Brainchip is using NDA's to hide behind for their own convenience.

I would suggest that you listen again to the presentation and understand that:

1. The CEO did not say as you allege substantial income would not occur until 2025.

2. He did not say as you alleged that there would not be any income in 2022.

3. He did not say as you allege there would not be any disclosures of NDA EAP customers in 2022.

4. He did not say as you allege that product containing AKIDA technology would not come out in 2022.

I suspect however that you will not do so and correct your statements as you could not have made so many errors by simple mistake as you have assured us of your intelligence and business prowess.

I have read every single one of your past posts and did not base my opinion solely on todays effort.

Personally I have not concern for likes, flames or any of the other nonsense if I did I would still be on HC. My concern is that shareholders receive facts and are not manipulated.

My opinion only DYOR

yeah, but as i said...find me a published list of pure Megachips customers.... thats the challenge.

and this is where the industries secrecy comes from....BRN is no different. you will only find what they want you to see.

Over on the other site very early this year I posted a link to an Annual or Quarterly report of MegaChips and my memory is that there was a mention of Sony as being a customer but it was in a supporting document where it appeared not directly in the report. What I cannot now recall is if it linked or I tracked it down by Google.

My opinion and recollection only so DYOR

Well put Fact Finder my friend, ....Where Sean said it is both, Very hard because they are picky on who they bring into the loop but very easy to get the right people, because, "those very best people in their respective field's" can see just how prestigious our little company is even at this early moment/point in time. This is showing that we only have the best coming and being allowed to be part of this historical revolution.
With this attitude we can only accelerate our lead on a daily basis and SP will follow suit too! $$$$$$.
Gave nothing away on Nasdaq listing along with customer details which shows to me he is a Man who will only put notices out WHEN it's FACT and it's OK with our customers and NOT BEFORE. Vlad.
Hi mate,

You seem very focused on a NASDAQ listing.

Yes, this will benefit us much down the track as a business and exposure, but I would bet more than likely we will also keep our ASX listing as well and our shares will still trade on the ASX. Check our Mesoblast (MSB) as an example and you will see the SP and gains from trade are no different between the two markets for the same company. I daresay we won't move either unless shareholders deem it necessary too. I also experienced the messiness as well with the Avita Medical listing as well a few years back. It really isn't all champagne and roses.

We currently trade in the US already under the OTCX and our offices are in both Sydney and L.A. I share your (and many posters) frustration about how immature the Australian market is with tech companies in particularly and the petty games that unAustralian hedges and investments play, but they will fall into line once we grow. They always follow the money and as we have seen with the AFR, tones change constantly.

Unless you buy on market during the NASDAQ listing, you won't see a change really in comparative share prices. Just in my opinion.

I understand that @TTE...but I wasn't replying to you. @Justchilln was talking about breadcrumbs, so I was just throwing some more crumbs out there...

apologies for misunderstanding...

it would be so nice if there wasn't all the cloak and dagger in the industry...

but it was very interesting/ if not weird of Sean to say, just go look at megaships customers,

because as soon as he said that........ i thought "challenge accepted!!" and I spent over a hour trolling google and the megachips websites and i found basically NOTHING!.

until i looked at the Wikipedia (Nintendo)

I'm sure if i looked through company announcements there might be some hidden gems, but heck, i dont have that much spare time...

so really wondering what Sean was alluding too..... as for such a straightforward comment, the process to do so wasn't very straightforward.

Hi all

I hid some posts from view as I felt they were more about the person rather than the topic. I don't mind there being contrary views, and for lively discussion around that to exist, even if it is colourful. However I don't want the conversation degraded into just bickering. I hid posts that I thought were just bickering but if you feel important points were made, that I have missed, please message me so I can review it.

Well done Zee. For a minute there I thought I was on the wrong forum.

Firstly thanks to all who recorded the session and also provided commentary.

All pretty good from my view.

One thing on NDAs.

Seems to be the thinking these are implemented by BRN.

I would suggest they are implemented by the client not wanting their competitors to see what direction they are heading and who with.

I have no doubt BRN would love nothing more to shout from the rooftops who they are working with but as said, suspect it is the clients wanting kept quiet till testing and integration can be effected successfully (or not).

Thanks zeeb0t, huge effort on your part to keep it above the belt, but it’s what’s setting this forum apart from the other.
Much appreciated

All good @TTE. It's definitely a challenge to get a list of customers in black and white.

Can't quite find @Fact Finder's link to Sony yet. But interestingly enough I found a couple of articles that align MegaChips with Bosch.

A great presentation by Sean, he spoke very well and remembering he needs to be careful with what he says without breaching any NDA’s.
Sean is gaining more confidence and can clearly tell he is very excited!

Amongst all the great things Sean said, when he mentioned that by the next update maybe a couple of the EAP’s will allow them to be named, maybe he’s saying that he expects a couple of the EAP’s to sign on the dotted line potentially? Anyway food for thought!

Revenue this year from IP will be amazing, no doubt it’s Renesas because it’s been 14 months!
When revenue kicks in you’d better hold on to your seats!

That was certainly my presumption, although it is not exactly what was said, so hopefully nobody starts a crusade if it doesn't happen exactly that way!

Great presentation from Sean but one question…he said he didn’t see a data centre use case?
There were some massive data centre power savings suggested previously so wondering if this is no longer the case or if Sean just fully focused on the edge?

More inspiration to sit back and believe that Brainchip will be the standard for Ai- with Patents all in place.-(y)(y)

Hi WW,

Yes that was interesting, but I always assumed anyway that the main way we are assisting data centers reduce power is going to be indirectly through using more & more edge devices that are not using the cloud. The more smart edge devices we get into the world equals less processing for the data centers.

But yes I still thought we would be in data centers to make them smarter & more efficient to.

Having watched the presentation and Sean's answers to the questions, I am convinced that as long as the strategy can be implemented, BRN has an incredible future.
More revenue in 2022, more licensees to be announced and Brainchip becoming the industry standard. Great stuff.

I particularly like that he is challenging Peter and Anil to extend the commercial lead that we have over any competitor that comes into this market space. Nice to see that we are not content to rest on our laurels to date.

Excellent.
