Few observations:
1. Love the fact that Sean opens the presentation with ‘we are the new standard for Edge AI’ and he covers Mercedes right away. No better way to capture investors’ attention.
2. Brainchip is seeking permissions from other EAP customers to make them public. Sean mentioned we may see a few more logos in the next update.
3. Every customer is considering the tech for multiple different use cases.
4. The majority of customers & revenue will be through IP licensing. Revenue this year already will predominantly be from IP.
5. The vast majority of EAPs continue to be in the program with the goal for bigger business.
6. Focus on growth (not bottom line) by investing in tech and commercialisation in the next years.
7. Sean is focused on execution to grow the business. The share price will follow. Glad to have management which is not overly focused on the short term SP movements with fluffy announcements, etc which seems common in the spec world.
8. Sean driving product development to ensure we extend our lead versus competitors.

Can't wait for the next presentation with a few new logos added to it......and then the next one and the next one.....I think Sean might need a few slides for the logos by then. Loved the fact that he thinks that most customers will use the IP in the future instead of royalties due to the expected number of applications. Big $$$$

I became annoyed reading the other poster but you have clearly a much better understanding about a growing business/enterprise.

If Brainchip is going to grow the way the new CEO Sean Hehir is predicting which involves the continuous development of the AKIDA technology and constant pursuit of market dominance to becoming the standard it in theory will never reach break even as its revenue will be constantly chasing after the growth that is running out in front.

Tesla is a perfect example of how this works.

If he had NOT presented this reality of what it is like in business to be hitched too a shooting star he would have lost complete credibility in my eyes.

Then the issue of Non Disclosure Agreements. What a complete load of misinformation and lack of understanding. Mercedes Benz was hidden behind an NDA since at least 2017.

The founders of the company Anil Mankar, Peter van der Made and Robert Mitro have suffered losses in the tens of millions of dollars because of capital raises diluting their holdings due to ridiculously low share prices.

These three men all knew about Mercedes and the 100 plus NDA’s but kept quite even though the absence of knowledge about these companies was destroying the value of their holdings permanently.

Why didn’t they just release these details. Any half intelligent wombat would know the reason. They were keeping faith with their customers who were and are seeking first to market advantage.

Quite frankly the failure of an individual to understand these basic principles of business should warn everyone that there opinion as to whether to invest in anything at all is completely valueless and should be ignored.

Well put Fact Finder my friend, ....Where Sean said it is both, Very hard because they are picky on who they bring into the loop but very easy to get the right people, because, "those very best people in their respective field's" can see just how prestigious our little company is even at this early moment/point in time. This is showing that we only have the best coming and being allowed to be part of this historical revolution.
With this attitude we can only accelerate our lead on a daily basis and SP will follow suit too! $$$$$$.
Gave nothing away on Nasdaq listing along with customer details which shows to me he is a Man who will only put notices out WHEN it's FACT and it's OK with our customers and NOT BEFORE. Vlad.

It's impossible to come up with a BE timeframe when you have no control over application development or when they'll be rolled out. It takes time. The process is exacting because if not done right, can make or break the company or be very expensive to rectify in dollars and reputation.

Hopefully BE will be a hell of a lot faster than Tesla though. BrainChip's main expenditure will be on R&D moving forward and marketing over the short term before Akida becomes the standard. Thankfully, BRN doesn't have to build billion dollar giga factories all over the world.

I really don’t care about breakeven. We are only just at the start of commercialisation in an emerging market. It should all be about top line growth and capturing as much market share % as possible. IP licensing is high margin and profitability will follow in due course. The next years it’s about investing in sales, marketing, engineering / R&D, patents, etc.

Sean was great as usual

A few things that I liked hearing was a question, are we going to be in Mercedes MBUX system & Sean said he can't talk about it but then went onto say something along the lines of all of our customers are finding multiple use cases for our tech, none of the customers are just using us for one use/product. They are looking at multiple or many use cases.

Another question was about could ADK1000 handle level 4 / 5 ADAS automation, he answered with a long answer but then said yes it can handle it.

Renesas & Megachips are developing products

We are significantly increasing our team this year, in engineering & sales & marketing

The new Marketing guy is building his team right now

Hi @TechGirl thanks for posting the link to the presentation/interview.
I've had time to watch through and digest what was presented. Wow what an interview. It is great to see Sean finally getting out there.
We were all waiting for so long for his appearance, I have to admit to disenchantment over the period of time, but he certainly arrived with a bang, and he definitely hasn't been sitting on his heels. His knowledge of all aspects of the company is fantastic.
I think the big thing I took away other than the information he imparted was his absolute honesty, We know where we stand with Sean. I think he will be a strong and capable leader for us going forward.
On another matter, now edited from our screens- We all come from different walks and postions in life. Sometimes people become a little overstretched financially and consequently emotionally snap, maybe looking for a quick profit and it goes wrong or maybe they need to know they haven't lost in case they need an emergency exit. I honestly think that was more the case than being a deliberate downramper imported from the Other Side. My opinion only, and I could be wrong. I think to a certain extent we are all suffering a bit from trauma from HC

He said mega chips will make chips for their customer, go and look at who their customers are……
I think someone said 75 percent of megachips revenue comes from Nintendo……
Also if would seem logical some some kind of AR/VR application/gaming system.
