Yes and no. Also for employees the holiday period is June - August, the difference is that employees are entitled to four weeks of holiday in that period. My Assumption is that the whole court is not going to be on holiday at the same time, instead they will divide it so that someone is always present for urgent matters.

That feeds nicely into my whacky conspiracy theory that the Court has indeed come to a decision but was also waiting for the refinery appeals process to finally close. Perhaps in the Land & Environment Court administration block there is a note on a folder on the desk of a pimply hungover cocaine sodden 20 year old that simply says.......................

"Put onto Web Portal No Earlier than Monday 17 July 2023 "
