Summary:

IonicRE has strengthened its executive team as the Company moves to accelerate its global expansion.

In August 2025, IonicRE appointed two senior executives to the Company’s leadership team, both with significant experience in the U.S. and global critical minerals markets.

Patrick Brindle has joined IonicRE as Lead – U.S. Operations, while Claire Blanchelande has joined as the Company’s Commercial Director. Mr Brindle will lead acceleration of the Company’s development plans in the United States, while Ms Blanchelande will build out the Company’s supply chain network, enhancing activity around securing agreements on both feedstock and REO offtake with increased global customer engagement.

GO AVZ!!!!
IXR is very good so far at putting very exciting opportunities and arrangements together across jurisdictions.....except anything that's actually rock solid, income producing and commercial

C'mon time for this baby to break out on serious fundamentals.....let's GO!!!

Agreed. I am afraid we have another MD that is great at chasing bouncy balls down the road - but is yet to catch one...

I got into IXR as I liked their initial plan. Dig a little bit of Uganda, sell it and fund the next bit. Dig a bit more, sell it and fund expansion again...

The last few years have all been about "what's next" and not producing any revenue. The reliance on Government handouts is not hidden but not producing shareholder value either. Right now it fits the description of a Lifestyle Company and only cold hard revenue will change that.

Hey, I bought cheap and happy to wait...

I originally got in for the Ugandan REE mine (Makuutu) as well

I'm okay with the transition to recycling technology and think that it has been a smart pivot from management

They just have to be able to commercialise the process and it could be a winner

Makuutu is still in the back pocket too with exposure through Rwenzori Rare Metals

Hoping for wins on all fronts

IX fucking Rsole is living up to it's name if you ask me.
How long have we heard about Belfast funding for?
The mine has died in the arse and fallen off the radar because the deposit is actually lacklustre.
More and more cap raising and no meaningful progress on funding. 5.6b soi.
Plots of land bits and bobs,
It's time to make some meaningful progress instead of talking about how well positioned they are with nothing of actual substance happening.
They talk as much bullshit as avz management did, a bit of a worry.
Fucking pull something out of your arse before we get nothing but more cap raising and dilution for fucks sake. Imo.

Haven't really done the research on fundamentals for IXR but I was just looking at the chart and seems like a H&S pattern forming to complete at .015 if it gets there. Depending on support, which is substantial at current level, it could dip to 0.12 if it had a decent nudge.

My best bet though would be .013

IonicRE’s Brazilian joint venture, Viridion is on track to receive Brazilian federal funding after being short-listed for a “Joint Support Plan” (PSC) with federal agencies.

So who's participating in this cap raise?

Personally I'm thinking of it to counter the dilution and perhaps take advantage of some options that might seem like very good value by 2028.

I'd much rather have seen Belfast funding as promised before this happened and better value of the share price... Rsoles!

Absolutely not.

I don’t trust the BOD yet. Sure they’ve put their hand in but at this point if they didn’t we’d be screwed. More smoke and mirrors from Tim unfortunately. I have an overall problem with Tim and pulling a shit ton of a salary for years and years and we’re still no closer to a solution we can sell the world. If he stopped chasing unicorns we’d have a better chance of a decent company.

2.5c in 3 years? Small minded thinking producing small minded results.

We’re desperate for the cash, understood. I’d be making more song and dance about revenue and selling the stuff already produced..

Have you worked out the dilution? I’ll drop into the red by not participating but I’m ok with that - falling knife and all that.

Isn't there a joint venture between IXR and Viridis in the works in Brazil? Something to the tune of 1,3 billion?

Also have that Demo plant in Uganda producing samples already. Plus the recycling operation in UK. They must be on the verge of something big, surely.

Sure, but we've always heard there's something big - kind of like Nigel's "Imminent" comments.....

My negativity is all about the cap raise and that I will not participate.

Yeah fair enough. I don't have any but was looking for an entry. A bit pricey for me currently but I do like the multi-jurisdictions operations though. Spreads the sovereign risk.
