Actually, if they wish hard enough and drink enough fly shroom infused reindeer piss, they might get their wish granted. Cultural death by a tiny mine at the edge of their boarder would be akin to dying from hitting your toe on a table leg. Let it be so. If your culture and society is THAT fragile, then .. well.. ok! In pure Men in Black fashion: "Your proposal is acceptable". And we never have to deal with them ever again. Win-Win!
