Fine. If you feel that constantly “talking down” your investment is a good strategy, that is your prerogative.
I am not arguing that they have they been a perfect management and infallible in their charting of the companies course.
But it’s also pretty easy chucking rocks from the sidelines with the benefit of hindsight.
Some of the decisions taken two and three years ago or as far back as you’d like to wallow in are perhaps questionable when viewed with the perspective of today.
But they’ve all got us to now and I’m of the opinion that things are looking up.
That doesn't mean we’ll be at a dollar tomorrow.
It’s been a long slow grind down and will likely be as long and slow back up, although with the benefit of some lumpy revenue we may get a few re valuations along the way.
It’s investing/gambling. Picking a winner. Or trying to. 🤣
All we can do is Buy, Hold or Sell.
All the rest is blather.
Is not that Sean told us about lumpy revenue 4 years ago??
So after 4 years we are talking on the same lines!!

I'm Spartacus!
The tide has turned that’s for sure, but I feel Sean time at the helm could be coming to an end for not securing a single price sensitive announcement in his entire time with the company and Antonio for leading us share holders up the garden path regarding announcements, plus there is at least another hangon that does absolutely nothing for her money.

Hi Pom. I get it. You've got a beef with the board or some of them anyway.
You have made that clear over the past year or so.
You want them replaced by someone.
Maybe that guy from last year will have another crack?
If he does would advise that he makes himself and his agenda known now.
Once I finally got to hear him speak I found that I was quite receptive, but at 5 minutes before the vote he'd left his run too late.
We're only a bit over six weeks till the AGM and they have to nominate well before.

In this matter I disagree with you and as other's have said think a board spill could be disastrous for the well being of the company.
Still waiting for the doomsayers over on the crapper to nominate their respective replacements.
Just tearing it down out of spite seems dumb to me.

There has been huge progress since last AGM with plenty of announcements, sure nun via the ASX which is sad yet it is far from a good decision to stamp the feet and say its not good enough and heads should roll, that ridiculous imo.
Some of these latest engagement are absolutely huge, clearly their not connected to a known immediate value and that's we're Sean and board could have only made a non price sensitive announcement. I think through all the other platforms we get the same effect as if on the ASX.
It has benn a very long rd to date ,yet only a fool would stamp out the team because their ego wants it dun quicker, we are at the top of the hill now and about to roll down with momentum.
By the years end of 2026 brainchip will be on the top of Neurneuromophic compute worldwide in sales, imo. Every week there is more excitement around us , look at Mr Kevin and IBM ,its unbelievable what he is publishing every other day now on brainchip.
Hang in there folks .

The management will hopefully stay, I will assume by "the management" you mean the BoD?
I will vote yes in support of the BoD as I am happy with what have been achieved so far.

It did take much longer than everyone expected, but make a break though with neuromorphic edge AI isn't easy, and I doubt very much it could have been done much faster with another CEO.
The world wasn't ready for Akida 4-5 years ago, hell most didn't even know what to do with the AKD chip back then. The big powerful chip companies didn't show any interest, well as least not officially? Some of them was maybe hoping BRN would go belly up, and they could buy the IP rights cheap and either burry them deep for never to be seen again or eventually start using the technology when they are ready considering life circles on their own products.
The list of sales persons that have been let go is quite long, they simply couldn't sell the IP and only some AKD1000 chips.

As typically for the industry, space and defense companies were the first showing interests and stared tested, they want the best possible solution to a problem and have very sharp people working for them. BRN won a contract end 2024: BrainChip wins US$1.8 million contract for radar signaling with Air Force Research Laboratory. A very important win for the company IMO!
https://www.listcorp.com/asx/brn/br...th-air-force-research-laboratory-3129056.html
Now they announced that a sub Lockheed Martin company: ForwardEdge ASIC Selects BrainChip’s Neuromorphic Computing for Future ASICs, another very important step in the right direction.

As we all know: A fairly prominent IBM person have played around with AKD1000 since New Year! AKD1000 was launched before Sean was hired and first now are there some public interest from a heavy hitter company. That shows how difficult it is "to get though" !

Is CEO Sean perfect? No off course not, he has make mistakes along the way and even said that AKD1000 isn't good for many things, LOL.
What had been said by him and others at AGM's can as best be classified as windows dressing, big time?

Getting rid of the BoD will set us back years and might even be the end for BRN IMO. They have built up a network with many companies (partners), had many meetings, know each other so just change the BOD is a very bad idea.
The CEO had slowly positioned the company to where they are now, developed the AKD family, technical road map, the web page looks very professional with cloud based AI deployment.
In my view it's looking very good now, I have never been more positive than I am now.

Sean and the board have my support too. The momentum is palpable. So many engagements and high level scientific papers. Our time is near! I can feel it in my water… 😊

Yes and unless I’m mistaken the company (Antonio)had us all believe at the last AGM they would be making more announcements via the ASX which might possibly have supported out SP for only the company(Antonio) to do the complete opposite and look where we are today. Heads should roll starting with Antonio and closely followed by a few other money grabbers.

Oh i think you read me wrong. I meant rgupta is saying the same ole stuff for the past 3yrs. Woopsy.

I for one am happy with how things are trundling along. The board has my thumbs up.

My god even POM has resigned to the fact that heads must roll. Finally the happy clappers are changing their minds about the board and Sean.
Finally you have woken up what your wife see your share trading account.Yes Antonio must go, Hopefully leading into Sean, PIA what has she ever done for this company when have we ever heard from her just there to collect a check. Whoever hired the HR Company to interact with shareholders what a waste of 200k. JUST WAITING FOR THE,Don’t wish for what you want you might just get it statements what will be the share price if they sack the board crap, Well last time I heard that shit it was in the mid to low $0.30 so as the current share price is $0.13 it can’t get any FKN worse. Directors are supposed to work in the best interest of its shareholders. Well the only thing this board has done is destroy shareholder value and pay themselves fat weekly pay checks and award themselves bonus they don’t deserve.Every excuse under the sun, wait for it the IRAN WAR excuse will be next😅😂🤣😂😅 about time you bunch of thumb suckers woke up and I think it’s about now you are seeing the light. You all have been lied to every AGM. $0.13 CENTS LET IT SINK IN and it will get worse. Not one Valueuable Price Sensitive Announcement. All the rest is just salesman flufffffffffff.

Sean and board are doing a kickass job imo. A few mouthy fux will be shown to be just that when the votings done. A small vocal minority with chaffed bottoms and no more sorbolene cream left to ease the pain in their botties because they used it all touching themselves in their personal private parts.

FEASIC wins MDA SHIELD IDIQ contract

From December 2025:

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $99,894,351 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for field and depot level technical and maintenance support services for HIMARS/MLRS fire control systems and launcher-loader modules.

Lockheed Martin Unveils Autonomous HIMARS for Next-Gen Warfare

Lockheed Martin is taking the legendary HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) to new heights with uncrewed capabilities that are set to redefine modern warfare.

On December 4, 2024, the company successfully demonstrated an autonomous operation using a surrogate Autonomous HIMARS launcher, equipped with non-emitting perception sensors. This breakthrough allows the system to function without a human crew, seamlessly executing missions both day and night.

With just the push of a button, a fleet of autonomous HIMARS could deliver devastating strikes with pinpoint accuracy, all while staying out of harm’s way. This is the future of combat—where technology leads the charge and shatters the boundaries of what’s possible
.

This is an LM patent for navigating using earth's magnetic field (wot we used to call a compass) - August 2024 so no reference to neural networks/AI:

US20260049817A1 GEOMAGNETIC FIELD DISTURBANCE MONITORING AND CORRECTION 20240819

1774180626191.png

Systems, methods, and devices for performing geomagnetic field distribution monitoring and correction. One system includes

a reference magnetic sensor configured to detect components of a magnetic field at a first location and generate reference sensor signals,

non-transitory computer-readable storage media storing instructions, and

at least one electronic processor.

The electronic processor is configured to execute the instructions to
receive the reference sensor signals from the reference magnetic sensor,
compute a local adjustment factor based on the reference sensor signals,
receive operational sensor signals from an operational magnetic sensor configured to detect components of the magnetic field at a second location,
compute an orientation representation based on the operational sensor signals, and
apply the local adjustment factor to the orientation representation to generate a corrected orientation representation
.

The absence of reference to NN/AI in the patent suggests LM may have a bit of catching up to do, (not mentioning pants down) hence the "collaboration". I wonder what our collaborators fee will be as a share of the $100M. No doubt Akida's ability to operate autonomously with ultra-low latency is the selling point - I don't suppose the power efficiency is such a great selling point in this case.

I think this is an example of the old military philosophy of only using tried and tested tech. Suddenly lighting the blue touch paper and standing back looks a bit outdated ...

I can understand why some really pissed-off investors want to see heads roll. After all, up to this point there has been no major revenue coming in, nor any deal that clearly and obviously translates into meaningful income. No one here can deny that. And the share price… the share price…

That said, I really do not think it is fair to come at management with claws fully out like this. Which of us actually knows the internal situation, the mood within the team, or the concrete measures being taken behind the scenes to finally bring in revenue?

Sean said he is in daily contact with customers and partners, gathering feedback and using that feedback to optimize the products and the broader product portfolio. I think there is enormous pressure on their shoulders to finally make the cash register ring.

So many technical advances, such a meaningful ecosystem with serious partners and customers, strong references, and a very solid strategic position. Getting to that point alone is a huge amount of work.. convincing all these companies to trial the technology and even put their names behind it requires real effort and credibility. There is deep trust involved on their side. Do not forget that in the middle of your emotional disappointment over the lack of revenue.

Give him the time that was contractually agreed, right up to the final day. A contract is a contract. As long as there are no truly serious failures such as fraud or leaking confidential internal documents, then everything is still within bounds.

Unfortunately I cannot vote, and I am not trying to convince anyone. I am only appealing to some people’s sense of humanity and asking them to at least try to put themselves in the other side’s position. They are not selling bread, milk, or mineral water.

Just my opinion. Have a nice evening.

Thanks Terroni.
That reads to me that his role is basically a highly qualified sales rep actively showcasing and demonstrating IBM's wares in real life situations.
Before I retired I played a similar role for many years although in a much less technical sphere.
It's generally enjoyable work, providing solutions and better outcomes for clients working in a competitive field.
By showing them, in their workplace, first hand, your superior product doing what they already do, more efficiently, or faster, or cheaper.
Sales tend to make themselves and you rake in the commissions and get recommended to their friends and peers.
It's a good gig. Pretty much semi autonomous and as long as you are doing the numbers and not pissing anybody who matters off, too much, they generally just leave you alone to get on with it.
I get what he does.
My query was towards his motivation.
Yes he is promoting Symphony but why gush about us so much?
I mean I like it and am happy for him to continue and progress up the line with Akida's more advanced siblings........but why?
Yeah, maybe he's quietly accumulated some shares (and good for him if he has) but my spider sense suggests there's more to it.
In the last few weeks he has done more, and more exciting stuff with Akida than the company itself or any of our other partners.
Again, I don't give a rats what my fridge does on vacation. 🤣
Making music, playing Doom, evidencing hive minds and maybe even rudimentary AGI along with demonstrating real life use cases of how even our concept neuromorphic chips can save massive amounts of energy and compute resources in data centre type operations enabling big Dollar cost savings.
A young Musk type with drive and some financial backing could build a business empire commercialising merely what Kevin has demonstrated and publicised over the past month or so.
He is promoting us like Edison did electricity.
See his latest webpage.

Again, I love it, but why?
God you're full of shit. First of all do your homework. Go back through his history of research over the last twelve months. You might just get why he does what he does.
If you have a problem understanding where he is coming from after that.
Why don't you ask him.?
Or is that too hard.
If you go and look at Kevin's history, you will see the guy is a very principled and moral character.
He has been with IBM for more than 13 years.
He is a very self motivated individual, that enjoys a great deal of IBM's trust to carry out his professional duties, and any person who cast dispersion's on his motivations, needs to have their motivations examined thoroughly.

So 7FUR7,fiendish, when Sean said that a deal was IMMINENT last AGM and it’s a year on, you classify that as doin a great job. What I call it is typical bullshit and spin saying what the masses want to hear to get out of a sticky situation. What is your definition of imminent, Five year plan turns into 12years turns into 15. The are playing with shareholder funds, spending frivolously, mistake after mistake, change of direction after change of direction. Excuse after excuse. It’s quiet clear that those in the so called bullshit ecosystem are just companies not willing to cough up the dollars to play with Akida, and that’s all Akida is to them a play thing. How FKN long are we gunna allow companies to hide behind these for all we know imaginary NDA,S. And I say imaginary as we have no idea if they exist, For all we know they could be bullshit like everything else management have said at AGM,Sin the past. TIME TO PROVE WHY WE ARE PAYING YOU HUGE WAGES AND ALL THESE FREE SHARES is now.
