Hmm looks like the market takes the news more positive… only -3.5% down today’s opening… that’s… that’s quite good …

Antonio said at the last AGM "We've talked to the ASX. We have made it clear to the ASX how we do business, and we will absolutely, when something we deem is truly material to the shareholders, we will absolutely put it on ASX"

So we have a new strategic customer posted on Linked In. Big news, but only big enough for Linked In.

It will be a good day when something is "truly material" and warrants an ASX announcement.
THIS !!!!!

how does this not warrant an ASX announcement ????

Why This Scales

Ten nodes today. There is no architectural ceiling. Symphony manages service placement across any number of nodes, thousands of them. GPFS scales the shared storage. Akida chips use commodity M.2 cards that slot into standard hardware. Palantir Foundry handles ontology growth without manual schema intervention. Every layer in the stack was designed for horizontal scale. The difference between a ten-node demo and a ten-thousand-node deployment is hardware procurement rather than software redesign.” - Kevin D. Johnson IBM

Very simple bro… if they announce it via ASX, some people would think there could be some revenue involved with this step…
And you should know that BrainChip’s company agenda is to make explosive sales without revenue…. And as long as there is no revenue, there is no Announcement… 😇

Do we get the boot from asx300 today? The changes Announcements should come through about 5-5:30 today and take effect at COB on the 3rd Friday in March.
I think we’ll struggle to stay in at this price, hopefully some other criteria might keep us in there.

I don’t think there is anything to announce, it is an IBM person doing these things but it is not done in collaboration or partnership with BrainChip.

Neuromorphyx looks like a very small company with probably a dozen staff in a small town in Croatia. They've selected BrainChip for evaluation, which sounds more like a partnership than a commercial deal, so it likely doesn’t meet ASX materiality requirements.

Not much different to past partnerships with Emotion3D, BeEmotion, MyW.AI, AI Labs etc, which so far haven’t led to anything meaningful.

I hope we're out and drop off the manipulator's radar until we get some regular revenue to justify our inclusion.
It was only the aberration of the MB spike that fluked us in, at the time, and put a bloody big bullseye on our back.
Until we are proven commercial we are just another glorified research wannabe.
And, as such, with our fat rump of retail chumps, a juicy target for the shorter's.
Whilst it's an uncomfortable wait, I'd be happy for us to remain in stealth mode until we can come out of the blocks running.

I hear you although it's fair to say the other companies you mentioned may well be gathering momentum in the background something we won't know until quarterly reports. 2026 has got to bring some of these to the surface imo.

Here is today’s official press release:

Mar 5, 2026 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time

BrainChip Announces Neuromorphyx as Strategic Customer and Go-to-Market Partner for AKD1500 Neuromorphic Processor

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world leader in ultra-low power, fully digital, event-based neuromorphic AI, today announced that Nex Novus d.o.o., Neuromorphyx™ has selected the Akida™ AKD1500 co-processor for evaluation and integration in its Vision NeuroNode™ edge-AI device.

This strategic engagement and partnership agreement expands BrainChip’s reach into defense, robotics and industrial edge sensing. By integrating the AKD1500 into Neuromorphyx’s rugged, modular architecture, the companies are enabling always-on intelligence where power, bandwidth and connectivity are constrained.

Enabling Scalable, Always-on Edge Intelligence
The AKD1500 will be integrated into Neuromorphyx’s modular NeuroBlocks™ architecture: SensorBlock™ (DVS/EVS), BridgeBlock™ (FPGA), BrainBlock™ (AKD1500) and InterfaceBlock™, forming a key compute element within the Vision NeuroNode™ device and its NeuroHive™ fleet orchestration platform. By leveraging BrainChip’s Akida™ technology, Neuromorphyx is building configurable edge nodes for real-time detection and tracking using event-based vision and other sensors such as audio, radar and IMU:
  • Ultra-low power, always-on inference: AKD1500 supports mission-critical detection pipelines within tight power budgets, operating at milliwatt power levels (under 300mW for high-performance tasks), enabling battery deployments matching the core NeuroNode feature of multi-year field operations on a single integrated battery.
  • Low-latency sparse processing: Paired with event-based vision sensors, NeuroNode™ can convert event streams into compact spatiotemporal tensors and run them on AKD1500, where Akida’s event-based execution exploits activation sparsity to reduce data movement and accelerate response.
  • Configurable deployment at scale: AKD1500’s 1 MB on-chip memory enables NeuroNode™ to run fully self-contained neuromorphic SNN models without external DRAM, reducing power, latency, and attack surface while enabling deterministic real-time response.
The Potential: Networked NeuroNodes at Scale
Neuromorphyx’s approach to in-house manufacturing scalability paired with AKD1500 competitive pricing, allows for compact NeuroNodes to have simple deployments even in tens of thousands of units by forming networks that cover vast areas managed with NeuroHive™: a map-based platform for deploying, monitoring and updating these edge nodes across sites. The platform supports coordinated sensing, target analytics (including velocity and direction), and external API triggers for integration into existing command-and-control or industrial systems, while natively maintaining privacy and keeping processing at the edge.

"Our mission has always been to bring AI to the edge where it is most needed," said Sean Hehir, CEO of BrainChip. "Neuromorphyx is building a compelling, modular platform for deploying always-on intelligence in demanding environments. By combining event-driven sensing with Akida’s ultra-low power neuromorphic processing, we’re helping enable scalable edge AI for defense, industrial monitoring and autonomous systems."

About Neuromorphyx™ and Nex Novus d.o.o.
Neuromorphyx™ is a deep-tech hardware and embedded software company, spun out of Nex Novus d.o.o., focused on high-performance, energy-efficient edge AI for defense, robotics and industrial sensing. Its modular NeuroBlocks™ architecture enables configurable edge AI devices, NeuroNodes™, built around advanced sensors, including event-based vision, audio, radar, IMU and a choice of accelerator technologies. Neuromorphyx’s NeuroHive™ platform provides fleet management, orchestration and secure over-the-air model updates.

About BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY):
BrainChip is the worldwide leader in Edge AI on-chip processing and learning. I cannot remember any/many partnership news releases that used the all important word 'engagement'.
Good to see.

Kevin's response to Akida’s 1500, 2500
The part of Kevin's reply i liked was 'I am just working with the AKD1000 and there is still a lot to test'.
Its a ' but wait there's more' moment which i had not noticed until you posted it here!
Its unbelievable, Symphony was developed for Finance and Kevin is showing AKIDA can allow it be applied to almost anything.

I guess he might have to wait until he can get the 1500 and 2500 in M.2 card form before upgrading?

Yes thats what i thought as well....So glad he is open to discussion, my new best friend.
