Hi Wags,

Yes, I noticed Sean mentioned that they're working on Akida 3, but my question was actually in relation to what happened with the early preview/demo of Akida 3 that was supposed to have taken place at CES 2026.

So far, we haven't heard anything about how it went and I, for one, had hoped to find out more about it.

Good morning, H2 goes up,
In machine learning, the perceptron is the simplest form of a neural network. In relation to the $2.94 figure, this metric is displayed in the capital raise of November 2025 presentation, page 14. This figure represents the variable costs for producing a silicon chip under the key metrics table heading. In manufacturing of any product, this metric represents the costs that vary in relation to volumes ordered. This is a good opportunity for you to research what variable costings and other costs are associated in manufacturing a silicon chip. Furthermore, it may be of relevance to research the processes, equipment, infrastructure and skills that are required to produce such chips. This may benefit those wanting a deeper understanding of chip manufacturing.
Hi Perceptron,

I believe that you have done a fine job in unwrapping the $2.94 mystery. It is probably only my brain, but I would have preferred that you did the research before asking what it entailed on several occasions. All good, it's done now.

I, personally, wasn't interested in the exact inclusions/exclusions so in my response to Bravo's question, I took a guess about what 'variable' meant in that table. Thanks for showing me that my guess was correct. Hopefully, I guessed my 'volume v price' amounts as correctly.

Thanks for the contribution,
H

Thanks for posting @Guzzi62.

Did anyone else find that podcast a bit weird?

Not really sure what was it for since there wasn't anything new to be gleaned from it.

Unless I'm mistaken, it just seemed like a10 minute re-hash of information we already knew, minus the "watch us now" statements.
I had the feeling that Seans voice was a bit shaky… ands he took several times longer to think about what to answer…. The moderator was bored as usual lol

Edit. Every time we get a podcast, I know we don’t have to expect any massive announcements soon only my opinion…

Better not watching the share price for some time and focus only on progress 😭😂😭😂😭😂

What about all the people that bought in at 1.80 and 2 dollars on the hype of mercedes,
I feel for these people , my average is 21 cents so im a chance,
Those people i feel for they may never get back to that price

He felt very flat to me, even slightly annoyed at the the beginning part of the podcast. If I wasn't an investor it wouldn't entice me to buy.

Still believe in the long long term potential of this stock but it's certainly consuming more than its' fair share of my patience.😂😂

This is not financial advice, DYOR, GLTA

Hi 7,

Agreed. I thought Sean’s tone came across as lacking confidence and it felt like the podcast was pushed out quickly to appease shareholders, rather than to add anything materially new.

Given the latest hit to the share price, it wouldn’t be surprising if there’s a growing awareness that everyone's patience is wearing thinner than our collective wallets.

He might have been having a premonition of the upcoming AGM.

I feel like some people here are mixing things up, and I owe an explanation to those who invested in Brain out of conviction.

What I’m saying in my posts has nothing to do with my core view that Brain will get its piece of the pie. That part is clear to me. This isn’t some “Canada penny-stock” outfit that hypes its “progress” every day without even having a real product…let alone partners or customers. We’re broadly positioned and can cover a wide range of the AI and edge market. On top of that, we’ve got major players speaking positively about Brain.

Yes… it’s very possible that our company chose the strategy of “let the actions speak for themselves, while partners and customers share the good news.” If so, that may have backfired communication wise. But that doesn’t automatically mean anything is “broken.”

My comments are directed at bashers, manipulators, and shorters…people who exploit the situation and make money without even owning shares. Like vultures diving onto something they didn’t build. That’s the bottom of the stock-market universe. They don’t have the guts to buy into a company because they see potential…instead they try to shape investors’ uncertainty so they can hit their target afterward.

And my posts are also aimed at the ladies and gentlemen here who try to twist a concerned investor’s post into “proof” of the garbage they spew every day. You should be ashamed…though shame and selfreflection clearly aren’t part of your skill set.

So let me be crystal clear… I bought more. I’m holding. And that won’t change.

I’m venting because you keep pouring gasoline on the fire and enjoying it.

So save your effort replying to my posts and pretending I’m on your side. I’m not. I have a completely different view than you do.

Have a nice day. DYOR OMO NFA

Also a promise of more investor communication!! We will see.

another hollow promise from Management. Remember the last AGM, what happened to IR improving? It's actually worse now than it was with Tony Dawe. So I don't believe a word of it (based on BRN's own delivery of what they have been promising for years in regards to IR).

For all the cry babies, there is a general market sell off going on right now, so risky investments are getting hit even harder as people are looking for safe harbours.
Just hold on to what you got and buy more if you can (I can't right now).

Financial advice from an anonymous poster on a stock forum... how novel...

Brilliant post. If a post goes against your narrative just chuck in a "nonsense" or a "mr negative" or even better, both.
That way you don't have to come up with any evidence to support your own nonsense.

Yup, posts from anyone with a different view are quickly shot down, with posters encouraging other posters to block them.

I guess some people on here just want an echo chamber, with no-one to challenge their views.

However, the share price says it all.

Edit: if people ask always the same questions, like “when money” “when sales” you get the same answers…

And he made also good statements. Let’s see what will come out of this

Hi 7,

Not sure if your post was directed at me, but if it was, I think you may have formed a completely incorrect impression of my intent.

I wasn’t trying to pour petrol on the fire, I was simply agreeing with your own observation that Sean’s tone sounded shaky. The use of humour (including a light-hearted image from a TV comedy show) was to underline that point, not to distort it. For what it’s worth, I tend to use humour as a way of deflecting stress when things get a bit rough. I wasn't attempting to trivialise issues. I'm sorry if you felt I was doing that.

I’ve been a long-term and consistent supporter of BrainChip for many, many years. I’m a genuine investor and have personally met at least 20 other shareholders, quite a few who post here on this forum, through various AGMs and other events. My views come from sustained involvement, which is reflected in my roughly 4,300 forum posts, the overwhelming majority of which have been very positive and extremely supportive.

Having said that, I beleive shareholders are entitled to speak plainly when things are clearly not going well. I think raising legitimate concerns about performance, communication, or commercial traction is a rational response to the current share price and the company’s progress (or lack thereof) .

I don't beleive trying to shut down reasonable criticism does anything to strengthen discussion at a mature level. Instead, it avoids the substance of the issues, which we should all feel comfortable expressing given that we are, collectively, part-owners of the business.
