BRN Discussion Ongoing

I’m genuinely excited about Brainchips prospects over the coming years. There has been a clear and growing signal across the industry that many companies intend to move to the edge, and with the ecosystem we have built, I believe we are well positioned to take advantage of that shift. I would expect that partnerships with the likes of Frontgrade, RTX, Onsor, Metaguard, Andes, SiFive, Arquimea, Tata Elxsi, etc., should start to bear fruit over the next one to two years.

With that in mind, I think this year’s AGM provides an appropriate forum to ask Sean and the Board for a clearer view on the expected timing of royalties and any meaningful revenue. To date, the only guidance I recall being provided was during the ASX Investors youtube interview in May 2023, where Sean indicated that 6–12 months was too soon, while 3–5 years was too far out, suggesting somewhere in between. We are now at the point he suggested he should be able to provide some cadence around sales.

Sean would have visibility over the company’s commercial engagements, and his team would be in regular contact with partners who are working to integrate Akida into end products. Six years into commercialisation, and with multiple partnerships in place, I think it is reasonable to expect that management is forming internal forecasts around upcoming revenue to ensure the company remains in a financially strong position.

As shareholders, I think it is fair to ask at a high level, when management expects the commencement of royalties and meaningful revenue so that we can make informed decisions about our investment. I’m not expecting any NDAs to be breached or partner-specific details to be disclosed, but some clear commentary around what the financial outlook is over the next few years.

If management is unable to provide any meaningful guidance on this question, that would be a concern for me. To me it would suggest that material revenue may still be several years away. Greater clarity here would go a long way toward reassuring investors, particularly given how challenging the past five years have been for shareholders when focusing on the shareprice.

I'm Spartacus!
A shareholder, like Jacob (for example), who comes here virtually daily with the same litany of complaints, wears out their welcome pretty quick.
None of us like the low share price unless we are trying to accumulate more.

Many are under water at these levels and obviously are understandably stressed, but continually moaning about it here changes nothing.
Take it up with the company.

We, simple share holders, have a vote at the AGM in May commensurate with our holding and, like you, the capacity to BUY, SELL or HOLD.
That's it!

Continually pissing and moaning about the share price or the management of the company is a waste of everybody's time.

We all have our own views, opinions and judgements but continually trying to ram yours down everybody else's throats makes you a bloody irritant.

By all means, state your case and try to convince your fellow holder's to your opinion, if that is your bent, but enough of the boring repetition day after day after day.

It's about as effective as old clive palmers trumpet of patriots advertising before the last election.
In the end it's purely a nuisance.

Just imagine for a minute, you didn’t know the share price. You just read all the positive news, articles, validation, reviews, partnerships… just imagine. I for one am pretty excited. 😉

Just imagine for one moment, being excited about the share price....

The share price is the market’s verdict on BrainChip's credibility, not effort

At its simplest.
A share price – or a stock price – is the amount it would cost to buy one share in a company.
The price of a share is not fixed, but fluctuates according to market conditions.

The main factor that determines the price of a share is supply and demand.
As the terms suggest, supply refers to the availability of the particular share, and demand is the desire for it.
Low supply and high demand raise the price of a share, while high supply and low demand lower it.

Shorts have the ability to manipulate this process somewhat and employ people to come on forums such as this to spread as much fear, uncertainty and doubt as possible, in an effort to spook current share holder's into selling their holdings cheaply.

Both Sean Hehir and Alf Kuchenbuch have been invited as speakers at Frontgrade Gaisler’s “Gaisler 25 Years in Space” event in Gothenburg tomorrow:

Good news from Frontgrade Gaisler, which do, however, remind us how painfully long the timelines are:

We plan to tape-out the GR765 and GR801 products in the first half of 2026 on the STMicroelectronics 28nm FD-SOI (Fully Depleted - Silicon On Insulator) technology using their radiation-hardened GEO P2 library. Early prototypes are expected at the end of the year. And together with these prototypes we expect to have evaluation and development boards ready at the same time for early adopters. We are also developing single board computers and reference designs, as well as readying the software development environment in time for the arrival of the prototypes.”

Yes Fur. Are you seriously just understanding this?
Here, we are predominantly positive around the possabilities about BrainChip.
Over on the crapper they have been infested with posters who are mainly negative.

In years past, before this site was created, we were all fighting it out over there.
BRN was the most popular and patronised thread there for years.
It used to be ok over there with a fairly even mix, but predominately positive viewpoints, until the shorts discovered the stock.
Particularly after the Mercedes spike and subsequent fall it gradually got nastier and nastier and so Zeebot saw an opportunity and created this place.
Here we are willing to entertain the full spectrum of thought on the stock but when it is just continuous and repetitive down ramping for its own sake we tend to jack up and piss them off.

I left Hot Crapper years ago when Zeebot set this up and I haven't looked back. Thanks Zeebot. 🤩

The last few months I’ve stopped practically reading it as it’s become even more repetitive than @Jacob Kiraz 😂
