How many chips are Brainchip taping out of 1500 for Q3
You keep arguing that the BOD see under the hood while shareholders don’t and that we should therefore trust their judgement. But that argument falls apart when you look at the actual outcomes. Are you in possession of more knowledge about engagements and the progress of engagements than the BOD?
The BOD get to see under the hood - we do not.
If you are not happy with progress better to go to the source - the BOD - but they seem happy with progress. The problem you have is that the BOD keep getting re-elected in a canter.
The Sean argument just keeps going around in circles.
You make a excellent point, I used to like Antonio,You keep arguing that the BOD see under the hood while shareholders don’t and that we should therefore trust their judgement. But that argument falls apart when you look at the actual outcomes.
Sean’s preformance over his tenure are clearly unacceptable. If the BOD truly see what’s under the hood and are happy with what they see, then they are either endorsing chronic underperformance or failing to act on it. Neither reflects well.
You can’t claim credibility for the under the hood argument when the Chairman publicly announces that the company is looking at moving to a different stock market, only for that statement to be walked back at the AGM as something that “never happened” when questioned. That alone raises serious governance and transparency concerns.
So which is it?
Either the BOD have full visibility and are comfortable with missed targets, shifting narratives, and poor delivery or shareholders are being asked to trust a version of events that keeps changing.
Re-election in a canter doesn’t equal accountability, and repeating the same defence of Sean while results continue to disappoint just sends the debate around in circles. At some point, outcomes have to matter.
absolutely nothing....and Sean knows it.What happens at the AGM If he doesn't hit
I don't think he knows what NOW means! Now is already then, since he said it. And even if now meant soon, that would be now. So maybe he should have said watch us eventually!!Sean mentioned in a Interview,
Large orders of chips by customers for Q3
Akida 2 in the next 12 months I.P's taken out on that offering, Watch Us Now
It may simply be that disruptive never seen before tech takes longer from 1st discussiont to adoption than what was estimated. You keep arguing that the BOD see under the hood while shareholders don’t and that we should therefore trust their judgement. But that argument falls apart when you look at the actual outcomes.

Yep, you are right. Not sure what you’re trying to say? You seem to have read something into the press release that wasn’t actually said.
The way I understand it, the word “launch” here merely signifies that Frontgrade Gaisler announced their new product line GRAIN (= Gaisler Research Artificial Intelligence NOEL-V), as well as revealed what the first device in that new product line will be, namely GR801, the first neuromorphic SoC for space applications, on which development had already started at the time.
The parts of the April 2025 press release I marked in red below make it clear that GR801 was not yet commercially available at the time of publication:
“a contract to commercialise” / “already in development” / “will premiere” / “is contributing to this development” / “development of a demonstrator system”
Nowhere does the press release imply that there had already been any tape-out of what you (erroneously) referred to as “the original GR801 chip”, a piece of silicon good enough for terrestrial research that you claimed had already been “available for sale to research labs, universities, early adopters etc”.
From what Frontgrade Gaisler communicated, the GR801 SoC was conceptualised for space missions from the outset. A mission-critical development like that takes time, and rightly so. This may not exactly be what we BRN shareholders want to hear, especially with the share price being where it is, but it’s the reality and we have to face it.

“GOTHENBURG, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Swedish National Space Agency (SNSA) has awarded Frontgrade Gaisler, a leading provider of radiation-hardened microprocessors for space missions, a contract to commercialize the first neuromorphic System on Chip (SoC) device for space applications. Already in development at Frontgrade Gaisler, the device is part of the company’s new GRAIN (Gaisler Research Artificial Intelligence NOEL-V) product line.
The first GRAIN device that Frontgrade Gaisler will premiere – the Gr801 SoC – integrates Akida™ neuromorphic technology from BrainChip, the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power, fully digital, event-based, neuromorphic AI. The GR801 combines Gaisler’s NOEL-V RISC-V processor and the Akida neuromorphic AI processor into a single integrated circuit to enable energy-efficient AI applications in the space environment. Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) is contributing to this development by designing a demonstration application that uses a neuromorphic sensor directly connected to Gaisler’s new GR801 device.

I’ve been watching for ages, waiting in vainium,
Birds moved in and took over my cranium.
They’ve made themselves comfy, no plans to abstain,
Now everyone I meet calls me Bird Brain.

Brilliant.Aye dear Brava Bravo.
But how much worse indeed,
were one to sell, then watch it speed!
To see it fly, beyond birds eye,
as in Mercedes fevered dream.
Making bags unmatched, thinking on yachts unhatched,
and hot tubs gleaming gold.
A Trumps desire, not a FUD'ster's perspire,
and cortical columns on benches untold.
We soon'll be rich, beyond shortee's pitch,
taking our tea 'n crumpet in the never-ending now.
So hold fast young lass, and continue the amass,
at these prices, the manip's allow.

absolutely nothing....and Sean knows it.
Unfortunately PVDM controls what happens in the company due to his large share holding. So unless Peter is unhappy with Sean, nothing will happen!
So even if BRN get their FOURTH strike, nothing will change.
Just think about that for one moment, their "potential" fourth strike... what a joke....
Three strikes already and still not listening to the shareholders....... what a sad state of affairs...
EDIT - oh one thing that that will happen, Sean will still get 50% of his RSU's issued regardless of what he achieves!

Article title: "Why BrainChip’s SSM Edge AI Tech is Set to Dominate the $20B+ Market"
" It’s a strategic buy for investors who want to own the future of AI at the edge. "
" Enter BrainChip (BCIA), a stealth innovator whose State-Space Models (TENNs) and Akida neuromorphic chips are rewriting the rules of low-power AI. With a first-mover advantage in neuromorphic hardware and a tech stack that outperforms transformers by orders of magnitude, BrainChip isn’t just playing in this space—it’s primed to dominate it. Here’s why investors should act now."
