IR confirmed with me that Sean will address Developer interest in the Hub during the podcast.
Developer interest will sooner rather than later become a KPI.
Its an indication of what is to come.

Me too. I think it is wrong that they are not doing more to communicate any commercial progress they are making to shareholders and potential investors. If the CEO can claim that now is the time for revenue to come in then I think it is reasonable to expect them to present some form of revenue forecast. There isn’t much investor confidence in BrainChip which according to our CEO there should be. I think more needs to be done to communicate success to investors. It would be nice to know if Sean hit his KPI of $12 M in bookings. That would be a start.

It's still too early, yes it's on repeat....moan, bag, critise.. it won't change a thing, our company is continually advancing the fine tuned technology, it's the customers who are the timekeepers, we can only push so much, they ultimately pay the agreed fees at a time that suits them, accept it or ....off.

Still very happy to make an overall assessment come June on progress during the previous 12 months, all signs currently look positive and yes, things can change, so just keeping an open mind.

I don't believe Sean has a fixed contract renewal date, the 5 year business plan was just that, 5 years. I think either party can issue notice at any given time, which quite frankly I don't see playing out anytime soon.

Very happy to be corrected by anyone in the know.... regards Tech.

I have no idea about Sean's contract. There is no way whatsoever that the BOD will change horses heading into the final straight of this race.
Evidently a lot of engagements underway that Sean is personally involved with so the BOD will not be risking the outcome by making any changes. The BOD sees the true picture.
Suggestions that this should or will happen is just FUD or shorter talk trying to unsettle holders.

Maybe a huge vote of confidence from the board would be validating Sean's great work that shareholders are in the dark, watch us now and the company will have news that ive seen nothing yet, The board can show that vote of confidence,
How will it look if he walks?
If his doing a good job and he wants to stay because he wants to ride out success SIGN HIM , its not hard

I genuinely believed the company turned the corner when Sean announced the two deals at the end of 2024. I thought 2025 would be the year BRN finally turned around. However, 2025 was another disappointment and to top it off we’ve returned to making chips. I always said that should have happened in the first place rather than resorting to the easy and lazy way out of trying to sell IP.

We’ve lost years and wasted a lot of money.

Sean’s time is up and I’m not convinced the board of directors are making the right decisions for all shareholders.

Here is some info on Dávid Juhász, who has been a Senior Software Engineer with Frontgrade Gaisler since June 2025.

He is one of the 15 co-authors of the Project NEURAVIS paper “Evaluation of Neuromorphic computing technologies for very low power AI/ML applications”(https://thestockexchange.com.au/threads/brn-discussion-ongoing.1/post-475105), which was a collaboration between Airbus Defence & Space Toulouse, Airbus Defence & Space Ottobrunn, BrainChip, Frontgrade Gaisler, Neurobus and ESA.

While said paper is no longer accessible via the link provided in my above September 2025 post (although preserved in the form of screenshots) , the EDHPC25 NEURAVIS presentation by co-author Roland Brochard, Computer Vision Expert for Space Systems at Airbus Defence & Space Toulouse, can still be accessed online:

Dávid Juhász is also involved in the recently launched VAIAS project (November 2025 - November 2027) alongside his Frontgrade Gaisler colleague Daniel Andersson and their partner team around Rapidity Space CEO Mattias Örth.

Interesting, the April 2025 launch implies the GR801 is commercial and part of their product line. The release may be 'done up' to look better than it is?

Not sure what you’re trying to say? You seem to have read something into the press release that wasn’t actually said.

The way I understand it, the word “launch” here merely signifies that Frontgrade Gaisler announced their new product line GRAIN (= Gaisler Research Artificial Intelligence NOEL-V), as well as revealed what the first device in that new product line will be, namely GR801, the first neuromorphic SoC for space applications, on which development had already started at the time.

The parts of the April 2025 press release I marked in red below make it clear that GR801 was not yet commercially available at the time of publication:

“a contract to commercialise” / “already in development” / “will premiere” / “is contributing to this development” / “development of a demonstrator system”

Nowhere does the press release imply that there had already been any tape-out of what you (erroneously) referred to as “the original GR801 chip”, a piece of silicon good enough for terrestrial research that you claimed had already been “available for sale to research labs, universities, early adopters etc”.

From what Frontgrade Gaisler communicated, the GR801 SoC was conceptualised for space missions from the outset. A mission-critical development like that takes time, and rightly so. This may not exactly be what we BRN shareholders want to hear, especially with the share price being where it is, but it’s the reality and we have to face it.

Are you in possession of more knowledge about engagements and the progress of engagements than the BOD?
The BOD get to see under the hood - we do not.
If you are not happy with progress better to go to the source - the BOD - but they seem happy with progress. The problem you have is that the BOD keep getting re-elected in a canter.
The Sean argument just keeps going around in circles.
