Are we being acknowledged by some big players in a variety of edge AI developing markets? Are we expanding our edge AI footprint? Are we continually improving our Akida technology? Are we currently funded to move forward with our commercial development? Are we about to tape out our Akida 1500 with customers already placing buy orders? Are we moving towards the 2nd and 3rd generations of Akida, with clients engaged? Are we leading this space at the far edge? Are we going to succeed?

I agree with you that any information that is already known and could influence the share price must be disclosed immediately from the moment it exists, so that every shareholder has equal access… that’s what the rules are for.

That said, it really depends on the wording… what kind of “change” are we talking about? Is it just an internal company-related change …maybe something personnel-related or strategic… or is it something that directly affects revenue and customers? We simply don’t know. And he didn’t say the share price would jump because of it … that would be a different story. That’s just my take on how I interpret it.

Aside from that, you should never blindly believe what anonymous people post on a forum and then act on it. Even if many people here know each other personally and some connections to BrainChip folks are well known, you still have to take everything with caution.

Also, PvdM is only a shareholder… he’s no longer actively involved in the business. So from that point of view, he’s only allowed to share things with other shareholders that he thinks could happen… just like we share information here that might move the price.

You also share things that are aimed against the company, like links to companies that might be competitors, and you ask, “Who are these guys?” So the question is: what are you trying to achieve by that… is that better? I’m just asking.

So I also don’t think it’s a big deal if someone shares positive things. Sometimes there are exaggerated posts too… I criticize those as well because they’re pulled out of thin air. But here I only see information that was exchanged between two shareholders and was considered interesting enough to share here.

I think you’re reading way too much into it. Let’s say he’s right and we’re actually expecting something significant that really pushes our share price up.

Whether the info comes via an ASX announcement or in advance from unconfirmed sources doesn’t really matter to me… there are only two outcomes: either it’s true and I get rich, or it’s not true and everything stays the same…

The only “problem” is: with an ASX announcement you don’t have time to act anymore
