November 7, 2025 - Dan Ganousis, Brainchip — Ag Robotics Working Group
Dan presented a video for Brainchip on 7th November 2025 at AG Robotics conference (link above).
Its very good.
He is trying to organise the 'independents' who cannot AI compete to form a group and fund AI together - A agricultural Co op for this makes sense.
Interesting view with presentation slides.
He actually tells them how to do and from memory offers to help.
See a recent linked in post by Dan.
"" Nobody is going to go broke due to power limitations and lack of access to GPUs. Nvidia will recede due to neuromorphic chips that think like our brains"
I remember FF got shat on from a great height by many for suggesting AKIDA may well Muscle in on NVIDIA - had to laugh as Dan is now on that bandwagon - and he is highly qualified and experienced.
POST below:

AI, EDA and Silicon IP Sales and Marketing

Everyone assumes AI is all about GPUs and huge power consumption. That is NOT the case for inferencing in PCs and edge datacenters where neuromorphic computing is quickly being adopted.

PCs need GOPs not TOPs and Nvidia knows it ... The era of model training is ending.

Anyone still using a Sun Sparcstation?? 20 years ago ALL engineering ran on Sparc. Along came Linux and Boom! Disruption and the disappearance of Scott McNealy.

History repeats itself as GPUs, like SPARC, are replaced with non-proprietary inference accelerators. One top for one watt.

Nobody is going to go broke due to power limitations and lack of access to GPUs. Nvidia will recede due to neuromorphic chips that think like our brains

Happy New Year All (y)

Casting our net far and wide has been a great strategy, worldwide that is, whether a company is large or small is
irrelevant, why, because none of us (including our company) can predict the future, any innovator can develop
a world changing invention at any time, whether that be in stealth mode or not, next minute a big whale starts
circling, we must and do support ALL Developers.

My view is during the next 6 months a lot of news is going to drop, BUT that doesn't automatically transpire into
a big share price rise, we have seen numerous times positive news released, then shorts or whomever attempt to
block positive sentiment, why? because any educated holder knows what we have, who we are engaged with and
where we are heading (without a clock), so all I'm trying to say, yes, the news flow is coming, but the growth based
on revenue, isn't going to appear until the period July 2026 through June 2027 and beyond.

Very happy to be proven wrong, but just trying to keep things realistic, no revenue increase, no share price increase.
and yes, I did chat with our Founder on Christmas Eve, and he's still contributing to our company as is Anil, why,
because they believe in what they both created.......brilliant disruptive technology that will benefit the masses.

Integrity still exists, trust your investment, despite the pressure of negative thoughts.

This is very strange indeed.

Many of us have been supporting BRN for years and have seen some very bad mistakes made.

Make no bones about it - The question to ask the founder is and has always been:
Has Akida been commercialized into an actual end-user product yet? If not how long before that will happen?

It's not right to say you've spoken with the founder and they still believe in akida and so you will to, and hey it will benefit the masses to boot.

They spent 4 years trying to sell licenses, now we're chipping in extra cash because that was wrong. So now we need to make some akida chips (tape-out, fab) and sell them off the shelf. And hope some one
1. puts in a large order
2. integrates the chip into an end-user product
3. and hope that the end-user product sells so well that the OEM can put in a recourring order for millions.

We all know this process will take years. There is no June timeframe that can work for this.

We hired a lot of ex-arm employees because they sell licenses too. We even had strange posters telling us day and night that arm was licensing akida ( whole threads were set up) - for how else could arm be making ai chips? And not a wise word from you to point out how silly that notion was.

You can not help the founders by avoiding the issues facing the company. Your warm relationship with the founders is misplaced unless it can be used to tell the founders that hiring more marketing people, hiring more computer scientists to create SNN models that are left with BRN as no one else wants to pay for them won't work.

Mistakes like these, along with the strange idea that we redomicile in the US (thank you FF for stepping in and telling the founder that this would be a mistake) are damaging the company's integrity. Swift and radical action needs to be taken now to ensure the damage is not irreversible.

Yes, the nature of the business is that there is a time delay between deals and revenue. The market is future orientated so we should see SP rises when 'signed' deals are done.
I do not think we are that far from deals in 2026.
I still see the portfolio safety net value is backed by:
1. Forecast exponential growth in Edge AI.
2. BRN is the current leader with a visible roadmap showing continual tech improvements.
3 Raytheon/USAFRL, Parsons, Frontgrade Geisler, Bascom Hunter, Onsor and our connection with Lockheed-Martin/QV Cybersecurity validates the tech.
4. The growing portfolio with soon to be released GenAI/LLMs, Gen3 and Provenance further extends our lead, and
5. Further deals this year will provide further portfolio value and investor interest.

I respect your opinion/s.

Let's just see how our year unfolds, have we made poor business decisions, I have personally stated yes over the years at different points, have funds been wasted at different points, yes, I believe they have, but I keep looking forward, positive changes have been made in my opinion, we have progressed as a company, all our current engagements aren't fluff, they're fact, living in the past achieves nothing.

Please respect my opinion/s.

Came across this:

"Shifting to hardware frontiers, TechCrunch highlighted on December 29 that Apple's rumored M5 chips, set for early 2026 release, integrate neuromorphic architecture for ultra-efficient edge AI, potentially slashing smartphone power consumption by 40%."

I can't seem to find anymore though on this rumour, so not too sure what to make of it.

Here they state they are including “neural accelerators” in each GPU core but not anything about neuromorphic tech

As we look ahead to CES 2026 (starting this Monday, January 6th), the momentum for both onsemi and BrainChip is hitting a fever pitch. While they aren't in the Mac, they are positioning themselves as the "brain and eyes" for the next generation of autonomous machines.

Here is what we should keep an eye on next week based on the latest pre-show announcements:

1. BrainChip: The "Venetian Suite" Reveal

BrainChip has officially moved into the Venetian Tower (Suite 29-116) for the show. They aren't just showing chips; they are showing "Physical AI."

• The 1.2 Billion Parameter LLM: This is the big one. They’ve announced a demonstration of a 1.2B parameter Large Language Model running entirely on-device (no cloud) using the AKD1500. This is a direct challenge to Apple’s "Apple Intelligence"—proving you don't need an M5-level power budget to run generative AI.

• The "TENNs" Breakthrough: They will be demoing Temporal Event-based Neural Networks. Unlike standard AI that looks at a whole image, TENNs only look at how data changes over time. Expect to see this in wearable medical devices (with partner HaiLa Technologies) that can "see" health events in real-time.

• Cybersecurity at the Edge: They are partnering with Quantum Ventura to show "Neuro RT," a cybersecurity model that runs on the Akida Edge Box to protect small office networks from the types of state-sponsored attacks mentioned in the podcast you shared.

2. onsemi: The "Eyes" of the Car

Over at the North Hall, onsemi and their partner Leopard Imaging (Booth 9468) are debuting the hardware that will likely end up in 2027-model vehicles.

• Hyperlux ID (AF0130): They are showcasing a 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) camera that can "see" up to 30 meters.

• The "Zero Lag" Navigation: Because this sensor has "on-chip depth computation," it bypasses the car's central computer for basic tasks like "is there a person in front of me?"

• Why this matters for BrainChip: Onsemi is the hardware; BrainChip is the logic. Watch for any mention of "Akida-enabled" camera modules. If an onsemi sensor is paired with an Akida processor, the car can "see and decide" in microseconds while using less power than a single LED lightbulb.

3. The "Design Win" Watch

The most important thing for us to watch for is a Tier-1 Automotive Design Win.

• BrainChip has been hinting at "on-going deals" in the automotive sector for months.

• With LG Display winning CES Innovation Awards for their new "UDC-IR" OLED (which hides cameras behind the screen), there is a high chance these invisible cameras will need the ultra-low-power, event-based processing that BrainChip provides to monitor driver fatigue without overheating the dashboard.

Next Step: Would you like me to set a reminder to check the CES "Show Daily" on Tuesday morning (Jan 7th) to see if any major car brands (like Mercedes or Toyota) officially confirmed a BrainChip integration?

Ask Gemini what is verifiable and not verifiable and to provide links for what is verifiable. That usually straightens out the 'Chat box - forces it to 'come clean'.

Happy New Year to all.
Not looking forward to another year of emptiness. At least there are many other things in this world that can bring me happiness other tha BRN.
I've held BRN for so many years now, I think I am immune to the emptiness. Any upturn would be a welcome change 🤞🤞.

Competitive Advantages and Competitor Landscape

Chang highlighted the impending need to replace all non-PQC systems by 2030, coinciding with the advancements in quantum computing innovations by major players like Google, Microsoft, and AWS. This foresight led Jmem Tek to begin integrating PQC into their chips in 2024.

The company’s AI Edge Secure Scheme and framework enable seamless application integration for customers. “Our IP computation boasts 23 times the speed of traditional solutions, while our MCU PQC achieves a 100-fold acceleration. Our framework-based and customizable approach caters directly to customer needs,” Chang explained. He further underscored their superior performance, citing a 200x improvement in latency and a 3000x gain in energy efficiency compared to existing software solutions.

Jmem Tek has successfully taped out several chips using TSMC’s 28nm and 40nm processes and is advancing to 12nm this year in response to customer demand. Notably, they partnered with Andes Technology to unveil the world’s first QPC RISC-V chip, the N25F RISC-V processor, in January 2025.

While IC design companies like MXTran and eMemory Technology offer OTP, TRNG, and are now working on AI modeling solutions primarily for automotive applications, Jmem Tek has established a strong presence in the NFC and smart card industries, with growing traction in drone and defense sectors. Their sights are now set on the AIoT and automotive markets, where Chang emphasized the critical need for robust cybersecurity in connected and autonomous vehicles, revealing an ongoing validation partnership with a Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Not Fluff but Fact and it's on track this year, around 52 million humans suffer this illness, but good news is on the horizon and
we are part of it, that's right, our journey into helping the masses in the Healthcare Industry has only just begun, this sector
has always been in our playbook, whatever can be imagined or dreamt can be created, it's been proven throughout history over
and over again.

This patent is just the beginning of the dawning of the neuromorphic age, so standby Brainchip supporters.

Good post Doz. He says there are discussions ( with Brainchip) but I can't go into that.
That says it all.
We can only guess how many 'discussions' Brainchip is having with other companies.
There would be a lot. Sean in his video interviews of late is not shy about talking up the number of engagements in progress.
