But this is a traditional capital raise, so the next announcement will tell us how much they plan to raise and how they’ll do it.

It could be worse, at least we'll be able to cover the cost of a new table cloth. I beleive the last one had to double as a bed sheet.

Come on…what’s so complicated about putting out the follow-up announcement? You want a capital raise…just spit out how much cash we’re talking about. Make it quick and painless. It’s already unbearable having to put up with the shorts and their dumb comments…the new ones piling in and laughing.

Yes. This isn’t an LDA cap call. It’s a capital raise raise like the one they did last year. I’m tipping 100m shares at hopefully an agreed price about where we are at the minute. It’s all over and done with in a couple days unlike the drawn out LDA deals. There will still be an LDA cap call between now and June 30 to fulfill the obligation with them.

Hi Bravo and all.
Im hopeful this announcement will come with other news or statements as to what the cash is needed for other than day to day etc, which will create support and provide some clarity to the near term future.
I loaded up a chunck yesterday, so Im also hopeful (insert "praying" here) for not too much of an ear bashing from the leader of the opposition.
Confidence in the tech, blind faith, stupidity, take your pick. Im frustrated at the time frame, excited by the developments, and rightly or wrongly, rusted on. Time will tell.

After re-reading the CR announcement from July last year, it would be a positive if they use this CR to close out the LDA agreement as they did last year. I think they did that knowing they had a big fish on the hook and wouldn’t need funding for much longer. Unfortunately that big fish got away and they sadly had to reopen the LDA agreement. If the announcement states they will payout the current LDA obligation it will be a significant positive in an otherwise bland scenario.

I think he will pull out some articles from 2010 which mentions something about brain inspired technology not related to Brainchip and add “my opinion only” without further explanation or context

We had 2.96 quarters of cash at 30th Sept. So plenty of cash right now.
Sean did a presentation to institutional investors when he was here. Obviously he sold the story very well.
Sean talked 'big things' in his very recent video, revenue starts now etc.
I think the raise is more like getting cash to support his ' big talk' which has to be a good thing.
Perhaps things will start to move at last.
As i posted recently the chart shows the SP is ready to break one way or another - The 100day bollingers are as tight as ..... .
Lets hope this is the good news catalyst we have been waiting for.
We all know until we are cash self sustaining raises are a fact of life.
As to downside possibilities there has been a base since Sept'23 - 2 years.
The last lowest low was September 2024 at 15.5 cents. We have made a mountain of progress since then so any move down will be bought and bought big.

Every time something like this happens, we try to spin it into a big positive—and end up disappointed. This time I expect nothing. If it’s just a cold CR with no deeper meaning, so be it. I’m taking it at face value: one more CR, nothing more.

The ASX requires listed entities to report their estimated quarters of cash funding in their quarterly Appendix 4C or Appendix 5B reports
. If an entity has less than two quarters of funding, they must answer additional questions detailing their future cash flow expectations, funding plans, and likelihood of success. This disclosure requirement ensures the entity can meet ongoing operational requirements, as per Listing Rules 12.1 and 12.2.
