BRN Discussion Ongoing

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
Did they say something about the US market move?

Yes, Antonio said they never said it. Then someone showed Antonio the announcement where it was said and then Antonio said they didn't mean going to the US, they meant redomiciling to Europe, Asia or the moon.

When pressed for further details, Antonio said they had to tell the ASX because they were worried someone like Chelsey Manning would leak the information and they didn't want there to be a situation entailing a total freak out of epic proportions.

So instead of waiting for a KGB agent to cleverly disguise themselves as a photocopying machine in order to enter BrainCHip HQ to deceptively obtain this information, they decided to announce it via the ASX, who were stoked to get anything from BRN because they had actually forgotten who BrainChip was on account of the lack of previous ASX announcements.

Then they all went home and had a nice, hot cup of tea and a some ginger snap biscuits.

Board knew they were going into a vipers pit of rusted on holders

But seriously wtf were some of those questions. I felt embarrassed through my phone, can only imagine it in the place.

Antonio stressed at the start of the meeting that it was just an investigation (re-domiciling), i believe the latest quarterly also stated the same.

Suggestions that the company should be advertising on radio and TV in Australia is honestly laughable, the company is scrutinised quarterly on their spending - as if they are going to spend on advertising to the uneducated public. Just so some of the oldies in the crowd get a few extra cents on the share price lmfao

So much grandstanding, im this and im that and i think this - the reason the company hasn't implemented your suggestions is because its 0 VALUE GAIN

The same questions get asked year on year, and you keep getting the same answer, when are you folks going to learn honestly

Shareholders whining about performance of CEO - CEO ties himself to book more than double current annual revenue this year :ROFLMAO: $9,000,000

Whoever asked the question about fortune 500 companies - nice, they actually added that there are 10 engagements with those large multinational, multibillion dollar companies + an additional 20 or so subsidiaries of those companies

Sean said there are several US government submissions happening monthly

Company has more engagements going in the last 5 months than in the entire history of the company

Can the grandstanding self absorbed old fuddy duddies go elsewhere with their REVENUE NOW demands, BHP should suit you nicely lmfao

God speed Antonio, Sean and board.

That should put a few offside - Go BRN

To be honest, I'm not sure I could replicate what I heard with 100% accuracy because I actually slipped into a semi-comatose-like state for large sections of Antonio's response.

My brain sometimes tunes out a bit when it has to try to absorb large amounts of complete bubkus and nonsensical information.

I think I just got completely distracted by the possibility of whether we might end up redomiciling to Guam for example.

I'd probably rate my earlier response at about an 80% accuracy rating.

Not one of my questions were answered through the online message system.

Question 1 - I actually sent this one through 4 times to see if anyone would pick it up

I acknowledge that BrainChip is bound by NDS's; however, there remains a clear and effective way to share meaningful updates with shareholders without breaching confidentiality.

By reporting aggregated, anonymized, and non-identifiable data, BrainChip could easily provide its shareholders with valuable insight into operational progress, commercial engagement, and market traction without compromising client identities or sensitive negotiations.

BrainChip could publish metrics similar to this example which shows:

Total active commercial discussions: e.g. 26 companies currently in the pipeline

(This could then be further broken down into stages such as:)

  • Enquiry / Early discussion: 14
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): 6
  • Pilot deployment: 3
  • Commercial negotiations: 2
  • Signed but not publicly disclosed: 1

This level of transparency would not only strengthen shareholder confidence but also allow alignment between performance outcomes and executive remuneration (e.g., bonuses), ensuring a clearer and more justifiable basis for incentive payments.

Can you please confirm whether the Board will consider providing such aggregated engagement metrics in future shareholder communications?

Question 2

What are your thoughts on Arm recently having partnered with Beken (a Chinese company) on ultra-low power edge AI solutions, given that this is the space that BrainChip were supposed to "own"? Does this partnership indicate that Arm does not yet view neuromorphic computing as commercially mature or strategically necessary? Can you please clarify BrainChip’s position to understand how the Board views evolving opportunities with Arm?

Question 3

There was a comment made by Antonio Viana, (if I'm not mistaken), at the last AGM that if there were no licenses signed by this AGM, then we have a problem? So, clearly we have a problem Why have there been no new licences signed? What exactly is the problem? How serious is it? How can it be overcome and in what time-frame?

Question 4

There was an interview with the ASX Investor in May 2023 when Sean was asked the following question about how soon we can expect the "lumpy" revenue to transition into a more regular cadence:

ASX Investor: Are you hoping to see that cadence in the next 6-12 months? Are we talking 3 years, 5 years? What are you anticipating?

Sean: I would think it's not that far out, but it's not that far in. Some where in between that right now.

Given that was 2 years ago, what is your current view on when regular revenue should be expected?
All valid questions.
On line questions are always cherry picked by BODs.
Pretty tame meeting all up.
A Chairperson has to have 'never rattled' skill and know when to cut off questions with 'noted' etc. ....and that is what we got.
As expected Directirs were re elected so no change.
If I was really concerned I would sell
It's still patience.
We all would like more bookings, revenue etc but it is what is. Naturally bookings etc will increase patent value.
I rely on the patent portfolio value for my safety net.
Now we have a Tech map/plan going forward I expect we will see another Pitt Street valuation in the next week or 3.
I thought we would get one before the AGM but they opted for the 'tech talk' .

Unfortunately the loudest are often the least informed.

As for the US, Either they miscalculated or floated the idea to gauge reaction and didn’t like what they saw. The “official explanation” feels a bit too polished to be the full story. But hey, whatever — let’s see what this year brings. Go BrainChip!

Maybe someone else could be so kind as to provide another interpretation of the "redomiciling" discussion for our German friends and others who weren't able to access real-time translation during the meeting.

Whilst I was in a state of semi-consciousness, I began to question life, death and the universe and then all of a sudden a little green man appeared out of no-where and asked me why it was that we were evidently at more risk of someone leaking information about redomiciling to Serbia, Turkmenistan or the Bungle Bungles, rather than leaking information about any of our NDA's. We had a chat about that for a little while.

Then I woke up and put a load of washing on.

Agree, it appears the $9 mill, 10 engagements with large multi nationals and another 20 or so with subsidiaries of those Fortune 500 companies has gone under the radar.
Also we have had more engagements in the past 5 months than in the entire prior history of the company combined.
Once holders settle down focus will return to those types of engagements plus the enormous potential of projected Tech advancements.

Regardless of how anyone voted, it took real balls for Steve Liebeskind to stand up there knowing that he was unsuccessful in his nomination, and then to have his qualifications questioned. Shocking...
They must have been pre selected before they reached the meeting room as I’m sure they answered all the questions provided to the board 😂
