If you had a mac email account you would realise that you can use iCloud, me or mac as the domain.. eg lou@me.com, lou@icloud.com or lou@me.com.

I dare you to contact him on linked in and ask him.. you'll see....
BS BS@me.com

well if it's true, he hold a s..t load of shares and I remember he was a great advocate for Brainchip and still is so a little bit of whining about the Board to let some steam off, so bit it.

Mate I couldn't care less, as I know it's him.

But why would you make a song and dance about it not being him, and then not do the one simple thing (contact via LinkedIn) to prove it one way or another?

Each to their own.....

Had a chance to email Steve Liebeskind today via email supplied, it took him 2 min to return my email, after having a chat to him I am 100% glad I voted for him. His concerns i feel properly reflect current shareholders concerns, no wonder the Current Directors dont want him on the board. He has a honest concern about the direction this company has taken over the last five years. He will be thorn in the current directors sides I feel. He I feel is chasing accountability at all levels. His concerns are valid ie the unnecessary foreign exchange loss in the last quarter. Which current directors deemed acceptable to loose a couple of million of shareholders money. So quickly swept under the carpet nothing to see here hope no one mentions again especially at the AGM. Give him a yell you may be suprised. The question I forget to ask is would he be willing to instigate a shareholder loss of confidence vote on T Dawe as the IR department head. If Management and directors are not reading the room by the votes already cast well god help us all. I believe PVDM should abstain from this vote. If you have concerns now’s you’re chance, management have clearly shown they don’t give a fuck about shareholders. Don’t be fooled by the uptick in small news items being conveniently released by management to hopefully cool the air at the AGM. AS soon as the agm is over it will be the cone of silence again back to their old routine.

Holding onto what I've got
OK ...This is all going on at HC....Thoughts???? Interesting!!!

All a bit strange!!!!
Not suggesting it is him maybe a logically reason.....but the link below suggest email was put in a spreadsheet 10+ years ago, referencing the email address used under him under Brainchip as place of business.

I think we know by now if it's from the crapper it is crap.
Taking a step back posters having multiple 'aliases'/poster names to push a personal agenda is not uncommon on the crapper.
Would Louis De Nardo as an ex CEO really get involved in BOD elections at all......... let alone the low-class crapper.
No chance.
Its a laughable attempt by a shorter/trader to cause problems.

Let’s assume for a moment that it really is him. I find it highly unprofessional for a former CEO to post such a contradictory and emotionally charged message in one of the most controversial forums. First, he paints a dramatic picture of retail investors facing disaster—then he claims to be positive and confident that a major deal is near. Which is it?

Why now? Why not raise these concerns months ago when they could’ve been discussed rationally—without influencing people right before an important vote? This feels manipulative and poorly timed, regardless of his past contributions to the company.

And honestly, it’s not up to us to prove whether it’s really him. If he has something important to say, he should do it through verified, official channels. Until then, I consider it just another unverified post. An email address isn’t enough—he carries the burden of proof.
Maybe something like “Akida is in every Mercedes” or “the switch is basically Akida…but the name switch is already a well known brand.. soo…” 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sure, if it is him, he’s no longer CEO and has every right to speak as a shareholder.
But let’s not ignore the fact that this post comes after 3.5 years of Sean leading the company. Maybe he, like many others, feels that’s been more than enough time to start delivering real, consistent results from the 5-year plan.

Short sellers are desperate now—resorting to scams by pretending to be an ex-director. I just called him, and he confirmed it’s a scam.

With some critical thinking and some Google searches, all the content in that post can be verified as publicly available information, with the exception of the poster's opinion. The e-mail address, number of shares held (at least from older documentation), divisions worked, etc., can be found through a search, with each piece of information seeking to give credibility to a potentially anonymous poster.

Is this something they would write? Is their writing style the same from any past postings or public writings? Would they even engage in stock forums with other anonymous posters? Was anything signed between them and the company to keep them from providing certain information about the company or their tenure to stockholders?

The person posting may be taking a gamble that nobody would engage with the provided e-mail address. However, if one does, they should include the context of the posting in the forum as verification.

The BrainChip 2025 Summer Internship Program is out.

As every year, the University of Washington’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is encouraging their students to apply - and in previous years, a number of UW students did in fact succeed in landing an internship with our company.

Sadly, though, as usual, this document would have benefitted from proper proofreading pre-publication, sigh…
XX projects we are looking for Interns”?!
And Project 4 is missing altogether?!

Depending on their respective project, the incoming summer interns will be assigned to various BrainChip engineers such as Ritik Shrivastava (a UW alumnus himself), Dhvani Kothari, Kurt Manninen…

The project I found especially intriguing is

Project 8: Neuromorphic Compute in the Cloud
Leverage cloud FPGAs for large scale event based computation

Objectives:
To design and implement a large scale neuromorphic event-based network on a cloud FPGA infrastructure

Description: BrainChip currently has multiple neuromorphic architectures which run on local FPGAs. This limits the size and location of networks for testing and demonstration. In this project, we would take one architecture and scale it up to very large size, and run it on cloud FPGAs from Amazon or Intel.

Thanks for posting this.

Despite the odd mistake/error it is overall a good professional presentation, it's very, very clear that we are still going for it!

This is exactly what Peter told me, Tony doesn't mess around, he is a straight shooter, has the company's best interests at heart
and is going for it, reaching out to young up and comers, the future generation of brilliant, creative, inquisitive minds.

Wouldn't you expect a leading company like ours in this specialized field to be chasing top potential, of course you would be!
And without these future minds, we would stall, as time waits for no one.

Tony (and the team) is representing us professionally, no question about it, that recent podcast was great, relaxed, laughing, but getting the message across that Brainchip has the technology and we intend making it as easy as possible to integrate into other companies' architecture,
yes, some criticism is justified, but try to keep on focusing on the end game, no other company in my opinion has passed us to date.

And, that latest announcement out of Taiwan, dare I say it again......our mate AKD 1000 shines yet again....to narrow, my.............se.

Regards....Texta :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
