We continue to like OpenMV ^ who use Alif Semi for the AE3 . ( Kurt response to Alif below , re OpenMV )

Worth keeping an eye on Alif Semi’s new E4 , E6 & E8 and Arm in my opinion ……

I emailed IR months ago to provide me their definition of what a “customer” is compared to a “partner”. I wanted to know if a customer by definition is someone who has paid for something. I wanted clarification on Brainchips website that everyone listed as a customer has actually purchased something…. I got no reply 🤷🏻‍♂️

Someone asked me a while ago (when I mentioned the IR)

“is there even any?”

Agreed, doubt the company would be further ahead if there was another management.

Some of the negative posters on the cxxxxer are foaming from the mouth in every post🤣

They are laymen and have no idea how it works, disgruntled why they are not rich yet or maybe even forced to sell, who knows?

I am also sometimes getting a bit impatient myself, I must admit, it's time to show something meaningful and not just empty (for now) words Sean!
Hi Guzzi,

Everyone is reaching the end of their tether. I think we all greatly underestimated the time to market.

I also expected that the market would understand the potential of SNN-type processors ... and then we heaped TENNs on top of that just when there were some green shoots for our initial SNN.

The Mercedes starburst showed that there is great interest, but it left many in the red.

I think that the QV CyberNeuro_RT/Akida Edge Box is our shortest route to market. It is an existing product. This is something everyone needs, and the need grows more urgent every day. Maybe our marketing department could put more effort into promotion, perhaps a joint project with QV - security at the speed of thought?

I wonder if a vote against the board damages our future chances of registering on the NASDAQ or other US exchange?

Holding onto what I've got
My original post was intended to present an opinion and open a discussion for an alternative and hopefully a last resort pathway, one that I believe warrants constructive discussion around its potential benefits and drawbacks as such hindering NASDAQ oppotunities in the future...like many here, I would prefer that it does not come to this; however, after repeated setbacks and a pattern of unmet promises, shareholders are left with limited options.

Additionally, any of these 'announcements' around prospective partnerships/customer that are continued to be made outside ASX amount to little more than speculative commentary, that is, until these are concrete and material ideally reflected through formal ASX disclosures ...IMO.

I would welcome seeing the board begin to deliver announcements of substance, the kind that institutional investors and the broader market can view as credible, and that demonstrate BrainChip has a clear and achievable path to profitability, not just presented on a fancy powerpoint presentation :) IMO

Everyone would love to see the board to deliver… anything that brings the share price to stabilise at least around 30-40 cent’s until the big breakthrough…. All my opinion

I mean, we can not even hold 18 cents.. and if we close at around 18.5, the next day we end up 16.5

And just to make it clear… as a genuine share holder, I have to be concerned about the share price which effects directly my investment, as well the image of the company I’m invested in…

Shorters and Antonio said the shareprice will do what the shareprice will do, Antonio no news the shareprice has been raped, they get all there bonuses , what have they done ? If they have performed surely it'll reflect in the shareprice

Kinda new
In early 2026, the integration of BrainChip’s Akida neuromorphic technology into Cisco’s Agentic Far Edge systems represents a major leap in "Low-SWaP" (Space, Weight, and Power) AI.

While Cisco’s flagship Unified Edge uses NVIDIA GPUs for heavy reasoning, the Far Edge uses Akida-based modules to enable autonomous agents in environments where batteries, solar power, or extreme heat make traditional GPUs impractical.

This looks like a classic liquidity sweep to me: a larger sell order pushes the price down in the short term, often causing weak hands to get nervous and triggering stop-loss orders. In this price zone, that kind of move isn’t unusual.

Anyone who panics here or sets their stop-loss too tight could be in for a nasty surprise …because the same players who can create that pressure often have the firepower to buy back quickly. In the end, shares tend to move from small retail holders to bigger hands.

How about they are part of the Shorting ? They hold or mute until something too big to keep?

Of course, there is another reason for “Not even any”!

But I don’t believe the second option personally.

Good luck.
Hold on tight!

Anyone who's been in BrainChip for more than 5 minutes is very familiar with tree shakes.
Of course they are hoping to double down on a poor quarterly and judging by the rising intensity of the shrill shriekers on the crapper and infesting here, think they are on a winning formula.
It's worked before and they'll keep going to the well.
YAWN!

"The dogs bark, but the caravan moves on".......old Turkish or Arabic expression.
That's an interesting example of natural selection. When I was young, it was not uncommon for dogs to chase cars. All the car-chasing genes were eliminated because the dogs got run over.

I am concerned that the SP will crash big time if they can’t show any traction for the last 1/4
