Brainchip Holdings Limited (BRN or Company) refers to your letter of 29 August 2023 and provides the following responses:
1. Notwithstanding the market’s expectations in relation to BRN’s half year results to 30 June 2023, does BRN Consider the Information (or any part of it) to be information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities?
Yes, however all material information contained within the Half Year Report had been reported to the market at various times throughout the period, most notably via the quarterly Appendix 4C disclosures and accompanying Quarterly Activities Reports released by the Company.

approximately 11% lower on larger than usual volumes. ASX notes a further decline of 5.2% in the share
price on 29 August 2023.

It's a query based on the drop after the Results announcement, not the spike afterwards.
Funnily enough the recovery also insinuates the drop was un-warranted.
Interestingly I posted on that day that the market should have priced it in, but knew they wouldn't, and yet here we are.

Let's not jinx it, I managed to sell some at 35 cents and bought a chunk at 31 cents and lowered my average..
I'm not taking the risk waiting longer as this will probably move up now they've pushed it this far. It's clearly being manipulated

Although I hate blaming shorters for price drop, until there is an actual material news driving price up, they will use every opportunity to drive price down simply because they can and based on the history/recent trends (for over 2 years), it worked like a charm...
