I guess we were all wrong and have to start guessing again.
My uneducated guess.... before 30/4, coz otherwise they have to extent again.
All the minister gotta do now is Kaazappa with a big rubber stamp.
That doesn't take centuries.
Felix made sure nobody on the take did a Putin. So It should be all tickety boo and over red rover.
Everybody wants to stay friends and Nige gotta be 21/4 in Lubumbashi and 26/4 Stuttgart.
Maybe he has to drop into Kinshasa in May on the way back to his misses in Perth, to pay for the surface rights of the mining license, or the remaining 15% from Comiere!
