My logic (which probably means no logic actually) being that Minocom mining permit 13698. states on the DRC mining cadastre map that on the 22nd march 2022 it is due to expire. I assume it would be 100% automatically renewed with a flick of a switch, so around that news I'll place my bet. I'd even go to think maybe.. just maybe a trading halt next Friday?

I've been invested in this monster of a resource company for over 5 years.. and still holding the majority of my shares.
We know what it is, and what it is going to be for the much needed world EV transition, for us investors, and for the people of the DRC., Its a Win Win Win

Monday 11 Apr 9:45am (EST). No real reason, logic or inside knowledge so just pure guessing... but sometimes when aiming for end of a month (ie End of Mar) you get unexpectedly bumped out a week or 2. So Monday 11th is as good as any day I guess

Realistically ML could as early as tomorrow who knows... but my stab in the dark for Comp purposes is 11 Apr

I have a hunch it could be this Friday, Felix has a herniated disk in his back and has extended his stay in Belgium but wants to be back on Friday in DRC so he can chair Council of Ministers meeting and attend to other matters and commitments which are face to face on Friday.

Last time that question was asked we spent 2 weeks on another forum battling rampant trolls just to allow the truth of his whereabouts to be posted without being utterly persecuted
