AVZ has been trying for some time to secure an exit for shareholders by selling its interests in the Manono project. So "AVZ has a deal" would reasonably be interpreted to mean AVZ had secured a deal to sell the project and provide a return for shareholders.
Unfortunately, it appears as though this has not happened, and SilentOne was just being an absolute fuckin' retard.
He has now edited the post to say he meant that he was just posing the question, why not approach AVZ. So this would mean AVZ does NOT have a deal. So pretty much the exact opposite of what he said before he edited his post.
Now I could be wrong and there is a deal in the works, but unfortunately I think the retard explanation is more likely.
