The 2.081 to 'Dathcom' is a euphemism for Cominiere since they currently own the other 25% that we don't
The reason it is structured this way is so we can try and claim the 1.093 for violation of the FROR from the DRC when Cominiere inevitably refuse to pay if we need to go the enforcement route but it's a double dip mathematically speaking
