I think he is saying the Hydro plant was handed to back to AVZ back in the day, but now, alakazam DRC magic, ARE and Katamba have it.

Dam I forgot about that case... so they are alleging AVZ negotiated with CATH during the DD period that AVZ signed, saying they would not negotiate with anyone else?
