All sounds good in theory, I guess what I'm a actually asking is: from a legal perspective what actually needs to happen and in what order before a payout could actually be reached?
Everyone knows something is different from something actually being resolved from a legal perspective.
Is there anything in the fine print in an agreement such as the ones with CATH that could put a spanner in the works and so on.
I've got nfi about the legals other than that they take a long time and are often a required prerequisite before coming to any formal agreement.

100% agree about CATH, I'd like to see them shafted personally.
They never lifted a finger to help AVZ, conspired with the MMAGOTS and then only came to our aid for funding at the 11th hour when they saw opportunity for exploitation at our time of need.

but Kobold can't get the mining license without owing AVZ's interest in the Manano deposit..
That would mean Kobold have to buy out AVZ first before the granting of the license.
We might even agree to a valuation and buyout price earlier than the 31 of July...IMO

I might point out that;

1. The primary American law that governs how U.S. companies conduct business abroad—especially concerning ethical behavior and anti-corruption—is the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

American companies need to comply with the above law and also the rulings of the ICSID which is based in Washington and is part of the World Bank.

This, in my opinion, translates into all litigation initiated by AVZ needs to be settled. And no, I don't want a fair price I want additional compensation for lost opportunity, pain and suffering to be included.

As things drag on the Lithium Price continues to recover so I am tolerant of the fact that this may drag on a little.
