This is the peace deal that Trump initiated. There is a minerals plan attached, which is dependent on a peace agreement being signed. Qatar is hosting the talks. Interestingly, the US private security firm, Blackwater is already recruiting international mercenaries, particularly former French Foreign Legion soldiers for peace-keeping roles.
