My AVZ shares disappeared from my banking account shortly after delisting, they are now showing again! I don't want this much hope without follow through

I think I am not that wrong with my interpretation (at the moment) ... talks between Tshisekedi and Boulos are on a good but not final way.
Green marked my personal trigger ...
"a path forward" ... Team Boulos will send the message - we're not in a hurry but you're welcome on the table.
"partnership" ... supports my thinking not to think that much about a buyout price ... AVZ story will not be finished that soon but alongside with a big name in a partnership who will fund the plant, infrastructure, energy supply ...

My story telling is ... go out to the press (when your name is Boulos) and announce that Trump is requesting full peace between DRC and M23/Rwanda and underline your expectation about full commitment by DRC to put everything needed into this approach as it is the "only" way to stabilize the situation right there ... but Team Boulos knows already that this alone will not be sufficient ... next --> DRC will ask for direct help ... they will ask Team Boulos to help ... they might be more willing to open their restrictions ... business will happen then. Anyway ... my thinking.
