The following statement from the 30-Jul announcement will certainly make the Kobold / AVZ negotiations interesting.
1. Presumably AVZ will ensure that CATH is not left out of the equation?
2. If Kobold buys out AVZ, will CATH get the off-takes?
3. Hard to imagine how it will play out with Kobold being from USA and CATH from China.

So they've got their greedy hands on 75-85 million shares at bargain basement prices.
It's no wonder they're saying they now support the current board. Depending on what "fair value" ends up being they're going to walk away with tens of millions to potentially hundreds of millions of dollars.

The forum finally operating in a manner where non g1mp posters are able to contribute without having the g1mp tr0lls deleting every post from people not in their little g1mp group.
Emerged posters should be able to contribute, especially if the posts are constructive, without having their posts deleted by sad tr0lls with no lives. The part that blows me away and still makes me laugh, is that I openly said that if you keep deleting my constructive posts I will do the exact same back to you. Yet the speculation as to the forum and Zeebot being compromised by the Chinese went on for weeks. What level of low IQ does it take for this to occur?
You were GIVEN the answer. It was spelled out for you and you still got it wrong for days, weeks...months.
The only explanation I can come to is that remark, xerof, whinenut, Dave Evans and the rest of the g1mp crew simply do not have the brain power to understand. The simple formula of (you delete mine = I delete yours) was too complex for them. All they had to do was stop abusing the reporting function...but that was too hard.
The g1mps did not get things back on track, they CAUSED the entire issue. Just like you did right now by starting it up again.
To this day I still do not think the g1mps understand that their abuse of the reporting function CAUSED the issue. Had they left my constructive posts alone then there would have been NO ISSUE. The actions of the g1mps completely destroyed the forum where there did not need to be any issue. Unbelievably, in their low IQ brains, they thought they were actually helping the forum. In the end it was so beautiful and fitting to use their own tool back against them and see the end of the reign and control of the g1mp patrol. Now the reporting functionality has been removed from these sad tr0lls and it is a great day.
At one point this forum was useful and you had posters like 9card adding worthwhile analysis of the legal cases/process or information in addition to what was available elsewhere. Now we are left with the dregs such as Remark, Xerof, Whinenut, samus, assler et al. I would challenge anyone to find valuable analysis contributed by the g1mps. You will be looking for a VERY long time before you find any. These posters are incapable of critical thinking and contribute nothing worthwhile.
I feel a great sense of satisfaction and achievement in stopping the actions of the g1mp crew where no one else was able to. I feel that my work here is largely done. At this point I will not be checking in much. I will be largely ignoring the trolls and focusing on AVZ announcements. For those established posters who supported me in my efforts, you know who you are, and it is nice to know it was appreciated.
As for AVZ going forward...what will be, will be. Hopefully an ok resolution occurs. Even at 50c I will still be able to buy a couple more houses and a nice SF90.
