Seriously, I am in awe of the shareholder hivemind here. You would have to be of a high intelligence of stupid (a compliment ..... ) to try to do the wrong thing by shareholders of this company. Anytime anything is posted on the web or announced anywhere, it is vetted, parsed for truthfulness, and tested for reliability within minutes.

I have said many times, TSE is the place for intel , respectful posting and swift extraction of trolls

That has been consistent throught this long arduous 3 yr journey.

AVZ TSE is in a league of its own.

You definitely get the impression reading Kobald website that they are the conduit for US bidding of critical mineral projects.

US finally seeing the light that they need to be proactive in fighting back against china dominance.

Biden was integral in the lobito corridor initiative, now Trump following thru and executing the deals.

I expect the framework for a sale price range has been agreed to, not the exact price there are still too many variables. I think the DRC will need to agree to 1. Immediate ML obviously, 2. Zinjin/cominiere keep the 60:40 split in the north and in exchange cominiere is completely out of the south, kobold gets 100% of it as part of AVZ selling commercial interest to them. 3. SEZ conditions.

At no point in any of the messaging has Kobold tried to downplay or sell short what they are buying. I think there is a ceiling sale price that has been agreed to and a floor price and now its about negotiating out all the details to see exactly where in that range it will be.... I think thats why AVZ are saying non-binding and Kobold are saying hold my beer we got this.

6.7bn/200k X 700k X 75% = 17.5bn.

That's rough back of envelope calculations.
