I think she was nudging it away from the hot potato political to the legal, which is where it is at now, and then make some executive political decisions. Could be this happens after election where FT would want more mandate to bring in the West. But I think the West was heading back to Congo before election. I think the US realised it made a strategic mistakeCominiere can't, but CAMI/JFMK are also completely corrupt and receiving bribes from Zijin. They work together.
As per my previous post, given the minister of mines' previous actions where she cancelled the decree based on Cominiere's complaints it is certainly possible that she is involved in this latest move, although I hope it is not the case.
