As per my previous post, given the minister of mines' previous actions where she cancelled the decree based on Cominiere's complaints it is certainly possible that she is involved in this latest move, although I hope it is not the case.

I think she was nudging it away from the hot potato political to the legal, which is where it is at now, and then make some executive political decisions. Could be this happens after election where FT would want more mandate to bring in the West. But I think the West was heading back to Congo before election. I think the US realised it made a strategic mistake

Momentum feels like its has shifted our way with a growing number of people in our corner on the bird as well as an emblematic legal win in our pocket.

I’m glass half full on today’s shenanigans by CAMI on twitter and the cadastral site updates - it feels like these are the moves of desperate people for whom the walls are closing in.

They are in a bottomless cesspit of corruption and they see no way out. They’ve tried shit-talking their way out but people are seeing it for what it is and calling them on it. There is likely intense pressure from Z and their corrupt cohorts to continue actions to undermine us - all while the pressure from the media and the IGF (Jules Alingete) continues to rise.

Their heads are spinning and they are incapable of coherent thought or action. May they wake daily in a cold sweat, and one day soon, may they wake to a early door knock and a paddy wagon.

The Cominiere account on Twitter said today that they had 'rid the space of unnecessary JVs'. Not sure if this was meant to be plural or if it is only Dathcom.

Unfortunately you me and management have obviously underestimated our ability to help the people of Manono aganst the totally corrupt government of the kitten . Which happens when there is two sets of rules. Unfortunately the rules in the home country normally win. So if drc want to continuly be wracked with famine, disease , war and corruption. OFF you fuck. No sympathy from me. May z rape and pillage for as long as the Congolese remain subservient. I thought that was over but obviously not. Fuck it I'm over it. Come out of retirement back to work much better for my head.cheers imo of cause.

I suspect I know where you are coming from @JAG . We are all/mostly going mad, but did Spike deserve that?

Seems to me we are at the point where Felix (or his war-consigliere) + maybe MOM, must immediately ACT to clean up corruption at CAMI & Cominere, and rule mining by DRC and international law. If that doesn't happen by next week, it doesn't matter what any of us post anywhere. AVZ will have to take the DRC to the ICC. If I/we ever get our $$ back, it will be too late for the dreams & plans we have / had.

I think I heard Nigel & AU team are due back in DRC, 15/5. I hope they are on a plane today/tomorrow to the DRC for the final rolls of the dice to rightfully get PR13359 ML for Dathcom, AVZI, AVZ, us & the good people of the DRC.
