I'm not even sure what to say to you, if you think you know something other than any other shareholder then spit it out.
As for the hot crapper esque 'just sell then' my answer respectfully as possible is get fucked.
I've spent a lot of time digging for information and sharing it here and in my opinion every shareholder is entitled to be a bit frustrated given the situation. Both in terms of misleading information coming from management leading up to suspension and from the farcical, corrupt DRC political system and the Chinese interference that is threatening our investment.
You might be sitting pretty, but I never expected to have access to my funds tied up going on 12 months and likely considerably longer than that. I know for a fact many are in the same boat.
If you don't like what I've got to say give me a sound reason and we'll discuss it, not some one liner bullshit.

Sammael is an excellent bloke and contributes effectively here, this is a low blow. On the crapper you are a waste of space Geo which blows my mind how you can accuse someone of being useless, instead of info sharing the only thing you do is attack poster's who criticise the company in any way, no need to bring the same high horse attack dog style over here. Fair enough some members may need to vent. However, for other members reading them could cause them undue stress. We just need to be mindful of this as well.

I did a little research on Axiom Mining (AVQ) . They got f--ked over by the Chinese in the Solomons .Old geo-au was a top 20 share holder . Not a lot difference in his/her posting style between AVQ and AVZ .

#RDC : This Wednesday, March 22, 2023, the DRC begins the procedure for reviewing its contract with China. The IGF will unveil the results of its investigations while the Chinese side will present its case. The objective of this approach is to restore the rights of the country

I wanted to comment and draw attention to some points about the announcement today.

It's a very strong anouncement, this is good.
There is good detail and the wording is succinct.

They talk plainly about shenanigans.

It's the first time they've made an official statement that the granting of the ML does not depend of the outcome of the ICC arbitrations.

"the award of the Mining Licence is not subject to the conclusion of the ICC proceedings
with Jin Cheng and Dathomir and the Company continues its discussions with the DRC
Government which at the date of this announcement remain incomplete"


It's the first time the company has publicly called out being under attack from criminal entities, flagging and bringing attention to the illegal manner of their intent.

"The Company believes it is under besiegement by non-state actors who intend to
unlawfully acquire, for themselves and/or other third parties, an interest in the
Manono Project and continues to take all necessary actions to resist these vexatious
and meritless claims and to protect its and Dathcom’s interests."

Together with coming out publicly, (at least in africa) calling out corrupt activity from specific people (MoP).
I've always believed this is the way to win, speak loud and clear about what's going on. Don't let the rats have any dark corners to hide.

I don't know if it was a brilliant manipulation or a happy accident, but that fuckwit from Cominerie totally exposed himself of TV in his response interview. This was REALLY good for us.

It looks like we're in the midst of a campaign by AVZ, and I think it's a really strong move.

If the DRC dont capitulate to us soon, I expect something strong from the chinese and those they've payed off.

EDIT: I forgot to add, this would be a perfect time for a decent australian journalist to do a juicy story on this battling Australian company full of mum and dad investors, fighting corruption and the chinese crooks to claim a stake in the EV revolution in the DRC.
Anyone got some good connections?

Problem is these people don't appear to suffer from the concepts of embarrassment or shame, it just washes around them in a sea acceptance of underperforming, lies, corruption and bullshit. The princess just sits there in the Friday ministerial meeting like a saint, it sickens me every week.

Indeed, well said. This is what is amazing regarding all of the news coming out of the DRC to date.
They're all so conditioned to the corruption that nobody seems even slightly phased by any potential consequences.
Perhaps fair enough too because it seems like most get away with a slap on the wrist even if they're caught red handed.
Just look at the Vidiye Tshimanga case more recently, the mind boggles.
The population, if twitter is anything to go by has the expectation that they'll get off scott free every time as well.
