Lots of opinions.... too many for me to absorb so I'll just forge ahead with my never say die attitude of exposing those implicated in the corruption of denying the PE for Dathcom (and majority owner AVZ) project13359
Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde Kyenge, Adele Kayinda Mahina and Antoinette N'samba Kalambayi all seem to fail to understand that there is an unlimited source of information on the internet pointing out the Corruption in the DRC.
They also seem to fail to understand that a forum goes well beyond Australia. It goes to Asia (China etc), the Middle East, Africa, Europe (Germany, France etc), the United Kingdom, across the Atlantic Ocean to America, back Australia and everywhere in between.
I will continue posting headlines relating on the corruption in the DRC Mining Sector (including upcoming events) in the hope that companies in countries around the world don't get caught out by the corruption in the DRC Mining Sector like AVZ Minerals…. The Australian company that spent the last 6 years and millions of dollars in the DRC developing the Dathcom lithium project in Manono.
The politician's listed above are all implicated in one way or another in knowledge of the corruption around Manono's Mining License, and with an election due this year I am hoping this communication will reach far and wide including reaching the following officials and exposers of corruption in the DRC Mining Sector.
Jules Alingete (General Inspectorate of Finance); Muhiya Lumbu Nicolas (Inspector General of Finance Head of Revenue and Tax Services Brigade); Chantal Bashizi (Appointed Head of CAMI); Joe Mbaya ; Kasongo Kas; Franck Fwamba; Kiki Kienge and others who have witnessed the corruption.
Among the corruption and conspirators surrounding Manono, the following names consistently come up: DG of the DRC Mining Cadastre - CAMI (Jean Felix Mupande Kapwa ); Dathomir (Simon Cong), Cominiere (Mwamba Misao Athanase), Zigin and AJN Resources (Klaus Eckof)
These names can be viewed in a similar way as those of Dan Gertler and Vidiye Tshimanga as being implicated in corruption, and yet remaining outside of integrity and justice.
This week headlines should appear exposing this corruption, and I hope members, shareholders and others join in holding those who are preventing the granting of the full mining license accountable, and warning companies and countries around the world of the dangers and level of corruption in the Democratic Republic of Congo Mining Sector.
Over the last 6 years in the DRC, AVZ have carried out Soil Sampling, Field Mapping, Consulting, Drilling, Metallurgical Testing, Completing a FEED Study, a 160 page Definitive Feasibility Study, a SEZ Agreement, Tendering for Mining Infrastructure, Legally Obtaining and Paying For an Increased Share of Dathcom, Obtaining Several Offtake Agreements for both Lithium and Tin, Raising Capital, Negotiating a Funding and Offtake Agreement with CATH, Presenting at the Battery Minerals Conference, Legally Fulfilling all Requirements to Obtain the Mining License, Including Receiving the Ministerial Decree to Award the Mining License and producing an 85 page Sustainability Report, Spending millions of dollars and Supporting the Local Community…. And still the Democratic Republic of Corruption and Director General of the DRC Mining Cadastre (CAMI) won’t grant AVZ a Mining License
