Great news! Whilst the 5% to MMCS has no direct effect on our mining license, at the end of the day Cominiere is now only left with 5% to concede to the DRC government. They need 10% as per mining code, if this issue is not resolved how do we move forward? Not one party to the JV will be happy to settle with 5% less than what they are entitled to by law.

Probably one of the few posts that I've read today that doesn't give me a headache.

What I mean is that this is just becoming TOO FUCKING HARD.

Appreciate your positivity guys or gals! It does appear to be an official document. Hopefully Cami the next target. I think it will be the new MOM that deals with it in due course, Tshekide staying at arm's length.

I honestly can't think of any reason or excuse for him to be in Perth. Even if he was just doing an inspection of accom at site a few happy snaps with the locals give them another ambulance anything would be better than sitting in Perth. Not to mention feeding and pissing up the people we need on our side. I just don't get the reluctance to go. It's weird.

Once they had the meeting Felix said, "if everything you are tell me is true, l may owe you a big apology".

Mate there is absolutely no excuse for the fucken lot of them not to be in the drc at this crucial time. They should be fucken based there that's where the asset is that's where the rat fucking is going on. tell me what the fuck do they do in Perth all the players are in the drc. Not just you mate, i found this " TOO FUCKING HARD " ages ago..........

The MMCS v COMMINIERE ICC arbitration is a just another layer of...

I really have NFI how everything is going to play out, all i know is that it appears FT is doing a good clean up of his ministry cabinet, which i hope is a precursor to some bold decisions / actions against his corruptors and heavy influencer chinese actors......by expeditiously awarding AVZ / DATHCOM the ML and instructing them to get on with construction ASAP, to demonstrate to the locals that the " BATTERY HUB " vision is a reality, not just a fantasy.

However, with so much stench in the air without any real time line for conclusion......

Its just a pipe dream at this stage.
